Fukc the FBI. FKUC the CIA, they should all be rounded up, then dragged and quartered.

They do not serve the interest of the people. Thy have been busted for so many things that most would serve life in prison for but they always walk away unscathed.

Hang them all, I'd volunteer to work the gallows

Just think about how much safer we would all be without the pesky FBI.
As I've said before... I'm continuously amazed by people's willingness to ignore violations of the Constitution when the outcome suits their own interests. Why even bother to enumerate our rights, then? Even if I fully supported the FBI and DHS, I would NEVER be ok with any government actor using their position/power in an attempt to control private speech. I don't care whether I benefitted from it or thought the outcome was good. These principles are the foundation of the US and of our individual liberties and freedom, and nobody should be ok with this.

Yep, we would get the Truth about Secret Service Agent George Hickey losing his balance and discharging his weapon that killed JFK!

NOPE. Truth is disinformation and white supremacy.

Practice as the masters have ordered. Sit in front of your table, put an "apple" in front of you. Then repeat, "this is a lemon". "this is a lemon". "this is a lemon". Practice the whole day every day. What they say is the supreme truth and you must lower your head, obey and comply.

It is indeed, a full force marxist revolutionary regime in every single aspect at all levels of the federal government. It just hasn't been declared. All we are missing is the red flag with a yellow star and the robots that Boston Dynamics is quickly developing to take over the streets and seize the nation once and for all.

Musk is misrepresenting what the files show. What the files show is that the FBI would occasionally use reporting tools to alert Twitter to accounts that potentially violated Twitter’s rules. When the FBI did so, it was pretty clear that it was just flagging these accounts for Twitter to review, and had no expectation that the company would or would not do anything about it. In fact, they are explicit in their email that the accounts “may potentially constitute violations of Twitter’s Terms of Service” and that Twitter can take “any action or inaction deemed appropriate within Twitter policy.” More than 50% of the time Twitter took no action.

Must is showing the actual conversations.

Things many of us were pretty much right about anyhow. I'd doesn't take a rocket scientist to have seen that they were suppressing opinions that didn't go along with the narrative.

Banned for questioning the election
Banned for questioning covid
Banned for just about anything that wasn't liberal

When a government alphabet agency conspires to silence a political party that is most certainly voter interference and collusion.

The Russian collusion was total bullshit and now everyone knows why they did it.

Marxism os a funny thing once enough people see it.

Wiemer conditions require Wiemer solutions

YES, Twitter emailed meeting requests to the CIA, FBI, and OGA about Twitter accounts potentially violating Twitter’s rules.

Remember Rep Adam Shithead has in his possession Damming Evidence of Trump's RUSSIAN Collusion! Bhuler, Bhuler?

The government has absolutely no business policing private speech. None. They do not have a role to play in flagging content for social media companies. I'm baffled by anyone's willingness to be ok with it. Show me where they have the authority to do this and how it's not exactly what the First Amendment was written to prevent. And explain to me how this is the best use of time and money to serve the public.

Obviously they didn't demand content removal - they're not gonna be that blatant about it. This is censorship by proxy. At the same time that they're flagging content and making these requests, they're making very public statements about action that "could" be taken to regulate social media companies. They're accusing companies of killing people - literally making that statement! They're making it very obvious that if Twitter and Meta don't follow their lead on content censorship, they'll be punished in other ways for it. These dots are not hard to connect.

And, by the way, there have been numerous times that they did more than simply flag content for consideration. There have been numerous times when they explicitly asked for action to be taken - whether removing a tweet or post, or banning an individual. And on numerous occasions, Twitter and Meta complied. You're fooling yourself if you believe that all they do is simply flag things (which, again, they have absolutely no business doing either).

The Government does a lot of things not enumerated in the Constitution. Show me where the Constitution specifically prohibits the flagging of perceived improper activity. For example, the Constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment but does not specifically prohibit the death penalty.

We need a lot more of the death penalty. Our uncontrollable crime rates are due to the softening of the justice system.

The government needs to be broken down to its very core and restarted from scratch in accordance with the constitution.

When the government interferes with the first ammendment, we should use the 2nd Ammendment rights to demolish the government.

You'll find it quite easily in the First Amendment. The US government has successfully petitioned Twitter and other SM outlets to censor and silence people who disagree with the governments position on certain issues. The courts have previously ruled in multiple cases that similar actions are a violation of 1A. To say that it isn't is simply being intellectually dishonest. It comes down to dismissing government overreach and abuse when it servers your own interests.
For example, the Constitution forbids cruel and unusual punishment but does not specifically prohibit the death penalty.
That's because the death penalty has not been determined to be cruel and unusual. Not a very good analogy.

Many people would like the government to force Meta and Twitter to allow people that Meta and Twitter don't approve of to post on their platform. That's interfering with 1A. Agree or disagree??

The FBI did not force Twitter to suspend any accounts, but rather recommended that Twitter investigate certain accounts which appeared to have violated Twitter‘s rules. The decision to suspend any account after investigation was entirely up to Twitter. In 1973, the Supreme Court ruled (Blum v Yaretsky) that government coercion that led private actors to deprive others of constitutionally protected rights did not count as state action, or implicate the First and Fourteenth Amendments, so long as the private actors retained the ability to decide for themselves what to do in individual cases.”

A "recommendation" from the FBI means "do this or else..." I believe that is pretty clear with everybody. Let us be honest and sincere. We are dealing here with groups of rogue elements with access to all the resources and power of the fed government.

On another note, this twitter interference criminal corruption is just the tip of the iceberg. All major corporations have been compromised and extorted from a very long time ago. Many people wonder simple use of logic things such as "how come that large corporation engage in this woke culture if they should be all for capitalism first" Well, that is because all these CEO's, CFO's, founders, presidents, executives, have been compromised. They have been approached and "recommended" to follow certain guidelines "or else"

It is one single rotten corrupt twisted evil coupe de etat seizing the country and the constitution of the USA.

Once again this is nothing new. These practices have been imposed for decades. The only difference now is that the volume of there corruption has reached stratospheric levels and sh*t's about to hit the fan.

But again, everyone proceed to take position, sit down, lower your heads, and repeat after me: "conspiracy theories", "nothing to see here", "not enough evidence", "this is the rise of white supremacy", "this is disinformation". "Hail obama"

No. False. You're quite wrong about that. In fact, what the Blum v Yaretsky decision did rule is that the state IS responsible when it HAS coerced the private company to action. In Blum v Yaretsky the state was not found to have exercised coercive power, but if it had been it would have been held responsible for the the due process violation. The precedent that you're citing very clearly supports my previous statement and completely contradicts your position. Sorry but you either misread or somehow misunderstood that ruling. And, as I said, there have been numerous rulings stating the same - the government cannot accomplish through coercion an action that it is constitutionally prohibited from doing, itself.

I will agree to disagree over whether the FBI coerced or referred Information for investigation. In my opinion, Twitter made the final decision on its own after investigation.

I agree that it should be viewed as they cannot block people who have opposing views.

Sometimes opposing views include damaging misinformation.
