No worries. Depression is transient!Well sorry about the depression thing, Editor...it'll pass. But I have a question. As you see I'm new (actually started around New Years) but do you stretch outside of your jelqing sessions? Also is it bad to masturbate (and ejaculate) outside of the sessions? About half of the time I do edge and ejaculate to finish off a session, but I mean outside of that.
Thank you sir!Keep your head up, Editor.
No worries.Ok cool thanks =D
Well, I think I've plateaued. No gains since my last measurement. I think that is because I'm not doing 2 on 1 off. More like 1 on 1 off schedule because my girlfriend is complaining about my long showers lol. I will continue with my same routine until March. If no increase I will need to change my routine or might register with Big Al.Just wanted to check in and see how things have been going, Editor. I see you've made some pretty solid gains in a few short months. Congratulations! What are your plans after the conditioning routine is over?

Yeah I feel your pain, bro. I've been stuck with the same stats for about a month, but just recently felt like I was looking bigger overall. I've just recently started a new routine which has me working out with a one on one off schedule. My PI's have been really great with this new routine, but I think they were just as good with my 2 on 1 off schedule. The one thing I've learned in a little over a year of working out is that success in PE comes from lots of trial and error. I've had more routines in the past year then I can remember, but eventually I'm sure I'll find one that just clicks.Well, I think I've plateaued. No gains since my last measurement. I was considering getting a extender so I could wear during the day at work, but still researching on devices. I mainly want length then I'll focus on girth.
Another note, I did a PE session earlier this week, I think Tuesday night. I did another session Thursday night and My penis felt sore / fatigued!!! any clues? over training?
I feel the same, my penis feels and looks bigger but when I measure, there's no gains LOL. I think I may be over training since I can't really get boners this week to have sex with the girlfriend. However I think that might be caused from the Robitussin I've been taking for my cough. But I wake up with rock hard morning woods! Those are some good signs.Yeah I feel your pain, bro. I don't know too much about any of the devices since I've mainly been focusing on maxing out my manual gains before I attempt any devices. I'm sure if you really were interested you could find lots of information/product reviews/ success stories on the devices forum. The one device I think I will eventually try is hanging...there have been many many people who have had great success with both length and base girth from hanging.
The best way to determine whether you've overtrained is to monitor your other PI's. Other than a bit of discomfort, how were your other indicators? In my own personal experience, any pain/discomfort meant that I needed a day off, or at a bit less intensity in my routine. The general rule of thumb is that you shouldn't be experiencing any pain/discomfort from your workouts. I'd suggest keeping a close eye on your PI's and maybe be a bit less intense and see how you feel. If all of your indicators are positive, perhaps the minor soreness just indicates that you've had a good workout. Also, if you decide to take an extra day off due to injury, apply heat a few times throughout the day for around 20 minutes per session...this has always helped speed up recovery for me.
Hopefully I was able to help. Keep up the dedication and I'm sure you'll be very successful.
