Thank you so much MrB8.

By the way you worded it, Edging is like 'feigning cumming' Should I would usually stroke my penis, like I would do in masturbation, but if I feel I am about to cum, I just stop the stimulation. Then when I am back to normal level, I would do it again? I am still just a little confused. What is PONR? And when you mention "switch focus to the shaft," what would I do exactly?

Yes you got it right, the PONR is the Point Of No Return, and by switching focus I meant that you may stimulate the shaft instead of the glans until the urge to ejaculate subsides, of course you may only just use the start/stop technique at the beginning and move forward as you get more comfortable with the exercise. :)

You are welcome! :)

Okay, this is good - couple questions.

So I found where my Pelvic muscle is to stop the urine flow, its real close to the shaft but a few centimeters away and its below my penis.

What is the Pelvic Floor they are talking about? In the guide, it states "focus on lifting your entire pelvic floor."?

And before I Kegel, it is recommended to contract my Pelvic Floor Muscles, how exactly?

Wait a minute, now it says I don't need my hands. Let me guess, isn't it like almost as in 'holding it in' before you have to use the bathroom? Like, you know what I mean, you use that muscle to hold it there as much as you can when you have to go really badly?

So this essentially helps you last longer in bed by not ejaculating but staying hard still!!

GENIUS!

Oh, and I edged the other night, it was SO MUCH fun, I could still imagine porn and feel good, just like having a boner all the time hahaha !

The pelvic floor or pelvic diaphragm is composed of muscle fibers of the levator ani, the coccygeus, and associated connective tissue which span the area underneath the pelvis. The pelvic diaphragm is a muscular partition formed by the levatores ani and coccygei, with which may be included the parietal pelvic fascia on their upper and lower aspects. The pelvic floor separates the pelvic cavity above from the perineal region.

It is an internal muscle squeeze, try to stop urine midflow, that is the movement you should repeat. :)

Yes, but that is an advanced technique, in the beginning you should stop before you ejaculate, an intermediate technique would be to do a reverse kegel long before you reach the PONR, keep the regular kegels out of edging for now, use them in combination with reverse kegels to strengthen and balance your pelvic floor muscles.

Mr B8, you are becoming my hero, and I am learning so much, thanks so much man!

Yeah, the other night I partially cummed from doing a kegal when I was edging. The night before I was just edging. I will just edge for now, practice Kegal while edging when I get more advanced.

So, for the Flexing. Is it just a simple flex left gently, flex right, flex up, and flex down? Do I hold my penis close to the shaft and just stretch as far as possible without pain, and hold it there for 5 seconds and repeat or? What is the best way for stretching?

I still don't understand what a reverse kegal is? And if I kegal and stop the cum before I ejaculate, I am curious of where exactly does the sperm flow? Back to the testicles or the bladder or are they essentially the same thing?

A regular kegel may bring you closer to the PONR, you are right about sticking with the basic technique for now. :)

You don't stretch your penis or use your hands at all to kegel, simply squeeze the internal muscle that you use to stop urination midflow, hold the squeeze for one to two seconds then relax your muscle and repeat. :)

Reverse kegels are done by relaxing your pelvic floor completely, and flexing your lower abs to apply pressure on your pelvic floor muscles and stretch them out gently, like when you push out to urinate faster. :)

To get a better understanding of a dry orgasm (the advanced technique where you use a regular kegel to prevent ejaculation) please read the following thread. (*Note: Please do not attempt dry orgasms without proper pelvic floor conditioning and edging practice/experience)

Many members use them for edging, I think they are a bit more advanced than manually stimulating yourself. :)

Other than control, how does this help for PE?

Kegeling to prevent ejaculation and achieve a Dry Orgasm is an advanced technique, that requires pelvic floor muscle conditioning with an out of edging regular and reverse kegels routine, in addition to timing practice, and should not be attempted by edging beginners.

For beginners, stop stimulation or switch focus to the shaft when you get the feeling you are close to the PONR, if you wish to advance this further, perform a reverse kegel long before you reach that stage. :)

Thanks for your reply, that is what I have been doing but will make sure to stop this and rather do as you say! could I ask what the recommended volume of kegels and reverse kegels are for a beginner, and at what point can i start to incorporate towel raises into my keeling routine? should i edge every day and how many jelqs can i do if i also kegel and edge? sorry for so many questions!

No you should not edge everyday, if you follow a PE routine, I recommend edging after your routine 2 to three times a week (with rest days in between), if your PIs are positive, to ensure you are not over training and watch your total workload. :)

You are welcome. :)

I remember Men's Health had a book out when I was about 15 called 7 Weeks to Better Sex. It had the "squeeze technique" in it. Basically masturbating to climax, but then squeezing the penis until the feeling subsided. Would this work? I really contribute doing those to why I have so much stamina anyways, but never considered them for PE

If you mean an external squeeze, then no.

There is an advanced technique, where you do an internal muscle squeeze at the right time to prevent ejaculation while you still have an orgasm and maintain your erection, but it requires pelvic floor muscle toning with a kegels routine (regular and reverse), and edging practice for timing.

Multiple Male Orgasms: Are They Real?

As an intermediate trainee, you may do a reverse kegel long before the PONR to push it back, and keep going.
