So this past week I've done a couple workouts that lasted around 60 minutes. My EQ is way down and my gains seem a tad down as well.

From now on I'm going to stick to a 30-45 min routine at the very max. I seem to make the most gains around the 30 min mark.

Hey dude. Things are going well.

Just measured 7.5 BPFSL. My dick is definitely growing. My recovery week appears to have gone very well. I appear to have gained in length and didn't lose any gains in girth. My EQ is a tad bit down, but my dick also feels like it's much more pliable and unconditioned. I think the key to gaining is to slowly increase the intensity for 2-3 weeks and then do a recovery week before your dick starts to get too fatigued and you start to plateau.

Update for the past 2 months.

Month of April I did PE off and on.

Month of May I've haven't done any official routines. I've really only done some light stretches and squeezes here and there. But mostly I've done some edging 2-4 times a week with maybe 5-10 min of PE.

Overall I would call this a fairly long break for me. My dick feels its in pretty good shape.

I've been going through a dry spell since last Spring. My last encounter, which would be April or May was rather disappointing. Though I was happy with my size, I found that I was having trouble controlling my orgasms. Since then I've decided that for most women I can hit all the spots I need to and its more important to just have good control.

I've made women squirt before. And I know I've made many women have multiple orgasms before. But in the past year or so I feel like I've lost something. My sex drive is a lot lower than it used to be. I don't feel particularly sexy anymore.

At this point in my life I don't feel like I should continue with PE with any goal of gaining size. My focus for any PE I do will be on controlling my orgasms and keeping my penis in good condition.

My last measurement earlier this week was 7.3-7.4 BPFSL. It appears that after 1-2 months of no PE my dick hasn't really lost anything. If I have a good 30 min edging session every day or two, my dick is uaually nice and thick too. I'm at the point where I feel like I can maintain 90% of my gains with little effort.

In the past month I really haven't masterbated too much or done any PE or had any sex. Today I did a light workout.

Current measurements:

BPFSL ~ 7.3
Semi-erect girth, mid shaft ~ 5.3

Overall I'd say I don't appear to have lost much if anything.

After my workout last night I did about 30 minutes of edging. I had read an a thread or article last night talking about not ejaculating immediately after your workout. I also remember a member here who had a success story that said he edged every day, but only ejaculated once every 3-4 days unless he was having sex.

I must say the results were great. I am going to continue to refrain from ejaculation after my workout.

I can actually do this weird thing where I can have an orgasm and expel some of my old cum, but not lose my erection. It usually comes out clear and goopier than normal rather than white and sometimes a little runny. This only works once or twice depending on how long its been since I've ejaculated.

When I do this, I don't feel tired or lose my interest in sex. I did that this morning and I've been super horny all day.

My dick is feeling great. I've been using a timer on my phone to keep track of how long I've been edging/stretching/jelqing.

I have had a problem of my dick getting too hard during my exercises, so this timer helps me keep track of total time spent exercising. I highly recommend people to use a timer when working out.

Last night I had sex with one of my friends who I've seen here and there the past few months. I definitely did very well. Our first round I could last as long as I wanted. I lost track of time altogether, but I ended up getting too tired to fuck before I was able to cum. So I turned up my air conditioner and we ended up having a second round. She was squeezing me really hard to make sure I could cum. I finally did and it was still hard for like 30 min afterwards. I could have easily done it a third time.

The focus of my workouts have been on the endurance and orgasm control, which I think are much more important than size when it comes to pleasing women.

Today I had a great workout. My dick felt great and still does.

Semi-Erect girth was 5.6. Erect girth while edging was 5.4. Length hasn't really changed too much. Still around 7.4 BPFSL.

This weeks measurements after a jelqing and squeezes.

Semi-erect Girth - 5.8
BPFSL - 7.4-7.5? Couldn't get a consistant measurement.

Looks like there was maybe some very small growth in length. Possible growth in girth. Sometimes its hard to distinguish between bloated skin from a workout and true girth expansion.

Had a setback due to overtraining. Lost a lot of my added girth. Subsequently lost a lot of my sex drive and stopped exercising and edging constantly. I think that led to the loss of additional gains. On the bright side, EQ is fantastic.

Semi-erect girth. 5.5 BPEL.
BPFSL. 7.3-7.4

My new workout program is working very well. Overall my PIs have been very positive. My girth is coming back very quickly right now.

5-10 min stretching. 10-15 min jelqing. Every other day.
15-30 min edging every day.
This program is 6 out of every 7 days. My day off I have the option of edging.

Its very simple but very effective.

The routine I used this past June/July where I did one day on, one day edging, one day off seemed to work very well for me.

I'm going back to that routine starting today. I will be doing edging today. Day off tomorrow. Workout Friday.

PIs are way improved already. My girth has come back pretty quickly. Did a workout today. Felt pretty good.

PIs are still good. BPFSL is 7.3 to 7.4 No real change here. Though I haven't been focused on stretches the past week. I've done mostly edging and jelqing. My girth definitely seems to be somewhat improved.

Wow its been 3 months since my last update. Measured 7-1/2, possibly 7-9/16 BPFSL today. But it was a definite 7.5 as I measured it multiple times and got at least 7.5.

My latest philosophy has been to stretch multiple times a day. 2-3 mini workouts a day about 2-5 min long or so seems to help quite a bit. This daily maintainance has allowed me to impliment more aggressive workouts because I'm very unlikely to turtle. I also make sure that while I'm sitting at my desk, my member has room to breath. Then I try to have one longer more intense session 2-4 times per week.

I'd say that right now I'm slightly overtraining, but I'm still making gains, so I'm not going to complain.

My length measurements have been all over the place lately. I got one reading that was like 7.7 BPFSL. Then I took another one later that day and got 7.4 BPFSL.

Lately it feels like my stretching workouts are really stretching out my penis a lot. I can measure the increase in length as well as the decrease in girth. Not sure if this is normal or not.

I'm measuring 7.5 BPFSL today. After a good 10-20 min stretching workout, my EQ is considerably lower, but I can still edge it up there, but it takes some time to get there. It's looking like my tunica is acting very pliable right now. I think I need to focus on edging right now to solidify my gains.

I took several days off from PE last week. Yesterday I measured 7.5 BPFSL prior to any exercising. Today I had a nice length workout and got myself up to 7.6-7.7. I'm definitely making some nice progress lately. The most I've made in a long time.

BPFSL today was around 7.4-7.6 without really doing any length exercises in the past few days. Overall it appears that I've solidified some length gains.

I decided to do some edging since I did a quick workout this morning. As I got started I couldn't help but feel like my dick was longer than normal. Sure enough I measured 7.1-7.2 BPEL. A new record!

Prior to exercise I got 7.5 BPFSL. Did a quick 10 min stretching routine and got it up to 7.6 BPFSL. I think most of this was due to swelling of the glans however. My tunica seems pretty tough right now. I'm gonna have to prob do longer low intensity routines to really loosen it up to make some more gains.
