Took a day off yesterday. Just did a little bit of edging, my EQ was down a bit. I did a light workout of just jelqing today as I felt it would help. Afterwards I edged and found my EQ to be much improved. My dick looked huge today during my workout.

Had a long session of pretty rough sex a couple days ago. My dick was still a little tired from a workout earlier that day. I woke up in the middle of the night and was about to have a round two and my dick started to hurt when it was getting up again. Not the soreness I get sometimes from jacking off too much or having too much sex.

My flaccid feels great today, but my EQ isn't so great. Gonna rest until Tuesday.

Spent sometime with a lady friend tonight. EQ was excellent. I'd give it a 9. Nice and hard and my dick looked as big as ever.

Gonna continue resting as I feel my dick has more growing and healing to do. When I finally do some PE again, I think I'm going to come up with a simple routine and really discipline myself to stick to it precisely.

My PIs have been fluctuating a lot lately. Going to cut down my workout to something more geared towards conditioning rather than trying to make any gains. I feel like my routines are usually a little overzealous and I far too often have to take extra days off. So I want to put something into place where I won't have to take extra days off.

Day 1:

Warm-up (5 min)
5-direction static stretches - 10 sec each direction - 3 sets (5 min)
Jelqing - 50% - 20 reps - 3 sets (5 min)
Squeezes - 50-75% - 5 reps, 3 second hold - 3 sets (5 min)
Rest/Reheat (15 min)
Edging (15 min)


Day 2

Warm-up (5 min)
Edging (30 min)


Going to start this routine today.

Just started the routine. 10 sec stretches are too long for me. That's 50 sec on stretching. My dick slowly gets hard when I stretch. So I'm reducing stretch time to 5 sec/direction and doing 6 sets instead. Rest time between sets will be either 30 sec or longer if I'm not completely flaccid again.

Did a second routine a couple nights ago. I got measurements. 7.4 BPFSL, 6.9 BPEL (EQ wasn't too great). I also measured 5.5 MS girth, however I was semi-erect and just finished my girth routine. Erect I was only about 5.25 MS. I definitely like my new workout. It really works well for me. However I need to cut down my routine just a tad so I have more stability.

Length:
Warmup (5 min)
5-direction stretches, 5 sec each direction, 7 sets (10-15 min)
- Resting about 60-90 sec between each set

Girth:
Jelqs and/or Squeezes, 30 sec sets, 10 sets (10-15 min)
- Resting about 30-60 sec between sets

Rest:
15-30 min break

Edging:
15-30 min edging


So the plan is to have a workout that lasts about 20-30 min. And then post workout will take 30-60 min. I really want to make sure my workout time does not exceed 30 min.

I've been using a similar routine myself .
Time spent about 40 min .
Stretches and squeezes make "pecker" happy .

I just nailed BPSFL -7.0" .
Been on break about 6 months , and am ready to get back on it .
I like the "less is more" . I use that now .
Good to know you are alright .

Hey dude. I actually haven't been able to get back to my 7.4. I'm back to 7.25. However I used to never say I was back down to 7.25, so I'll take that as a small gain. Length is really tough for me. It seems like the girth comes really easily. If I take time off, I lose a little bit of it, but it all comes back after one or two workouts.

I've been taking a break from PE for the past 2 weeks. I've done a couple of very light maintainence routines and some edging a little bit. Last night my dick got really big from just a little bit of edging. That was the best my dick felt in a really long time. I felt like I could last forever and my orgasm was very intense. It swelled up something fierce and I didn't do a single jelq or squeeze, just regular masterbation, not even edging. Unfortunately it hurt afterwards, I might have strained something again. It's still a little bit sore today. I think this is a sign that I still need more rest and that gains are on their way.

I feel that I was over training prior to my decon break. I also had a very scary incident a couple of months ago when a girl was sleeping over. My dick was a little fatigued that night from a workout either earlier that day or the day prior. I had a really hard time getting her warmed up. After 20 minutes she was still extremely tight and not all that wet. I didn't realize at the time, but this did some damage to my dick. After we went to sleep I woke up a couple hours later and was horny enough to do it again. As we started kissing again, my dick started to get erect and I had the worst pain I've ever experienced in my dick. It was really scary. It felt like I had either pulled my smooth muscle tissue or slightly torn it. The look on my face as I stopped kissing her unnerved her a bit.

I think that my routine was so intense that I was numbing my penis. Now that I'm on my decon break I'm starting to feel some aches and pains. When I began my break I actually experienced a significant loss of gains. However they are coming back slowly. As my dick continues to heal I should see more gains return. I'm also happy to say that I've been having some raging morning wood every day pretty much. I couldn't say this a couple weeks ago.

I'm really enjoying my break from PE.

Took a measurement of BPFSL. I figured during a decon break would be the most accurate time to check. Just over 7-1/4. So I'll round to 7.3"

Sometime this week I will measure MEG, BEG, and BPEL.

Update for the past few days.

Thursday night I felt that my EQ was very good and I was beginning to lose my girth gains, so I decided to do a light maintainence routine. 4 sets of 1 min Ulis. Every 10 seconds, I do a kegel and regrip myself.

All weekend I was very horny. I ended up edging every off day for about 15-20 minutes. My girth was much better today and yesterday, so today I decided to do the same routine again, this time with a 4 sets of 30 second static stretches afterwards.

I was tired for a couple hours and experienced minor turtling, but now I feel better. Slightly fatigued and not quite as horny as before.

A couple nights ago a I had my first date in quite a while. It went very well. Ended what was more than a 2 month woman draught. Probably the best head I've had in I can't remember how long. She fucking could tell whenever I was getting close and would slow down. She was really really good. Afterwards I was hard for another 5-10 min and it was so thick it looked like I just finished clamping.

My dick has been really perky the past few days. Sex seems like a great way to help your gains so long as you don't overwork yourself.

I also seemed to notice that when my dick is well rested, I have a much much easier time lasting longer. I seem to last forever when I'm in a decon break.

It seems like every time I edge or have sex my dick swells up something fierce. I really only need to a legit workout like twice a week.

And most of the time it takes like 15-20 minutes total. Normally I edge every day.

The less is more approach has been working wonderfully for me lately. I'm literally doing less than 1 hour workout a week and then nothing more than daily masterbation/edging for 20 min. It's like I'm not even doing any PE at all and I'm gaining way more than I did edging for 30-60 min a day and doin probably 5 workouts a week of 30-60 min.

Its been a few months since my last update.

Recently I measured 7.25 BPFSL. This length has been my plateau for the past year or so.

My girth seems to fluctuate a lot more than my length. I've been trying to be very patient with conditioning the past few months.

I've been mixing in some uli's into my work out. Overall things are going well though.

I am having a very hard time maintaining any gains that I make. I'll gain for a week or so and then the next I'll lose it. This is very frustrating. If anyone has any advice. Perhaps I just need better conditioning?
