Did a second routine a couple nights ago. I got measurements. 7.4 BPFSL, 6.9 BPEL (EQ wasn't too great). I also measured 5.5 MS girth, however I was semi-erect and just finished my girth routine. Erect I was only about 5.25 MS. I definitely like my new workout. It really works well for me. However I need to cut down my routine just a tad so I have more stability.
Length:
Warmup (5 min)
5-direction stretches, 5 sec each direction, 7 sets (10-15 min)
- Resting about 60-90 sec between each set
Girth:
Jelqs and/or Squeezes, 30 sec sets, 10 sets (10-15 min)
- Resting about 30-60 sec between sets
Rest:
15-30 min break
Edging:
15-30 min edging
So the plan is to have a workout that lasts about 20-30 min. And then post workout will take 30-60 min. I really want to make sure my workout time does not exceed 30 min.
