This past week I was too busy to do my routine properly.
However the previous 2 weeks were when I gained the most.
Here is my routine.
Every morning, 5 minutes of PE.
3-5 evenings/nights a week, 20-30 minutes of PE.
When I do PE, I do a mix of girth and length. There's no scheduled exercises or reps. I just constantly stretch, jelq, or squeeze. If my ligs and tunica feel tight or I feel shorter, then I focus on stretching. If I feel like I'm well stretched and my EQ is starting to drop I focus on jelqing and squeezes. I do stretches up to roughly 75%. Sometimes I will go above that for stretching, but only if I stretch upwards. At roughly 75%, I've been doing a combination squeeze with a stretch. I hold it for 30 secs. This one will really stretch you out quickly, so be careful and do it in the middle of your workout. 2-3 is plenty.
My routine focuses on quality, intensity, and consistancy.
The final thing that I feel has helped me avoid overtraining is that I slowly increase my intensity until the halfway point of my workout. After that I slowly decrease my intensity after I start to fatigue. This has greatly helped me avoid injuries.
After a week of no evening workouts and missing one or two of my morning workouts, I am back down to 7.7 BPFSL and 7.2 BPEL. But it's been a hectic week and I want to make sure I get back into a good routine next week and this weekend. The gains earlier this week were definitely noticable. My girlfriend commented on one of my erections with "holy crap"
