I'm still 7.5 BPFSL prior to exercising, however my EQ is through the roof. A couple weeks ago I measured 7.25 BPEL.

I just went back and looked and it appears that I've gained nearly a 1/2 inch in length in the past year! A good erection for me now is around 7.25. Around this time last year my best erections were prob 6.875 but usually around 6.75. One of my friends, I didn't see her for a few months while I was gaining a lot and when I slept with her again she said she didn't remember me being that big before. The comment was completely unprovoked.

Measurements of BPFSL topping out around 7.75ish are getting more frequent post workout. Still no official 7.8 measurement, but the 7.6 and 7.7 is very common.

I actually don't do much jelqing anymore. I only do jelqing as a low intensity workout if I did a really heavy stretching workout. However when I do jelq, it can be anywhere from 50% to like 85-90%.

I honestly don't know the key to gaining for me. It's hard to say. I don't know what I've done differently lately. I guess I'd say the most important thing to do is make sure you build up to a higher intensity routine.

The key to my length gains has been consistancy and building up to a stretching routine that lasts at least 30 minutes without injuring myself. Stretching takes time. The routine doesn't have to be super intense. It just has to be a long routine and you have to feel the stretch. Too many times in the past I would pull too hard. You don't have to pull that hard to make gains.

Another key to my gains I feel is that after an intense workout, I don't masterbate as I feel that this encourages turtling.

The real key to my gains though is that I've been persistant, but I haven't overdone it. In the past I would always see gains, get excited, and then step up my routine and then I'd injure myself, causing either loss of gains or loss of EQ. Then I'd panic and stop altogether and then I'd turtle for a few days and lose like 1/4 in length.

I've actually been doing my stretches semi-erect a lot lately. Though I seriously don't recommend doing this unless your EQ is like 9 or 10. This actually puts a lot of stress on your smooth muscle tissue. Jelqing doesn't really stress this tissue in that direction. Jelqing stretches it more circumferential.

When you stretch semi-erect you definitely run the risk of injury if you aren't careful. So proceed with caution. When I do my stretches I always try to make sure that the 2 sharp cords that are in tension and taking the brunt of the stretching. If you do this, then you shouldn't injure yourself. These 2 sharp cords, at least for me, are what limit my length. They also are the cause of the slight upwards curve in my dick. So I try to target these as much as possible.

Finally the last thing that I think helps you make gains, is having a gf or a fb. They help keep your dick extra perky.

hmm it seems that you don't have any set rest days. Should i assume that you only rest when there is a drop in eq ? How do you decide on your rest days in general ?

How often do u measure ?

Actually I haven't been making much gains lately. So I decided to take a break. Sometimes you can't feel the soreness in your dick when you exercise too much.

If I remember correctly, I made most of my gains when I would do a 3 day cycle. Workout Day 1. Edging Day 2. Nothing at all Day 3. At some point I think my dick started to resist this workout and I increased my workout and since then I've lost all structure to my training program.

Once my dick feels better I'm going to go back to that 3 day cycle workout I used to be on.

I been sick all week, so next week I'm gonna start my 3-day cycle.

I'm back down under 7.6 close to 7.5 maybe. Given the long layoff from workouts I'd expect to regain length rather quickly.

In the past 2 weeks I've basically done nothing. But today I measured somewhere between 7.6-7.7 BPFSL and 5.6-5.7 semi-mid erect girth. In the past couple days I've done some edging and then today I did a little stretching, but nothing serious.

Very surprised that I haven't lost any gains. It appears that I need to include more resting days for my training program.

nah you won't lose gains that quickly. Even regular erections,somelight PE and edging are enough at times to maintain gains.

Man I been stuck at this length for the past few months cause I haven't been doing a consistant workout. I gotta get my sh*t together and do some more training.

Last week I did a pretty good routine. Then this past weekend I went on a trip and didn't get a chance to do any workouts. This week has been pretty busy as well. However I have noticed some gains this week. EQ is way up, slightly longer, slightly thicker. My BPFSL is up a bit as well topping out at 7.7 if I give it a real good tug.

Last night I got a good 7.75 BPFSL and today I got a possible 7.8 BPFSL. It's kinda difficult to tell tho. It definitely feels like I'm stretching it farther.

My routine is doing very well right now. The plan has been to do a good workout 2-4 times a week in the evenings for 15-20 min. And a 3-5 minute workout in the morning 5-7 times a week.

Edit: Just did some edging and got my BPEL up to 7.3! New record for me. I'm definitely in that sweetspot for my routine right now. Just need to make sure that I don't change anything.

I was taking a shower after a long hot day in the shop and it felt like I was a little longer today. So I decided to take a measurement. I measured 7.8-7.9 BPFSL! I'm too busy to confirm the measurement, so I'll do it again tomorrow to confirm what I saw.

This past week I was too busy to do my routine properly.

However the previous 2 weeks were when I gained the most.

Here is my routine.

Every morning, 5 minutes of PE.

3-5 evenings/nights a week, 20-30 minutes of PE.

When I do PE, I do a mix of girth and length. There's no scheduled exercises or reps. I just constantly stretch, jelq, or squeeze. If my ligs and tunica feel tight or I feel shorter, then I focus on stretching. If I feel like I'm well stretched and my EQ is starting to drop I focus on jelqing and squeezes. I do stretches up to roughly 75%. Sometimes I will go above that for stretching, but only if I stretch upwards. At roughly 75%, I've been doing a combination squeeze with a stretch. I hold it for 30 secs. This one will really stretch you out quickly, so be careful and do it in the middle of your workout. 2-3 is plenty.

My routine focuses on quality, intensity, and consistancy.

The final thing that I feel has helped me avoid overtraining is that I slowly increase my intensity until the halfway point of my workout. After that I slowly decrease my intensity after I start to fatigue. This has greatly helped me avoid injuries.

After a week of no evening workouts and missing one or two of my morning workouts, I am back down to 7.7 BPFSL and 7.2 BPEL. But it's been a hectic week and I want to make sure I get back into a good routine next week and this weekend. The gains earlier this week were definitely noticable. My girlfriend commented on one of my erections with "holy crap"

Had a couple random erections today. Always a good sign. For some reason I'm feeling like this is a good rest day for me.

Measured 6.9" BPEL last night. Can't wait till I hit that 7.0"

Im wondering if i should jelq in intervals ? so 10mins jelq 3 times a day - morning afternoon and evening - What do you think?? Will my gains come thru ?

I don't know what will work for you.

For the past 3 years, I've really only gained maybe 0.5 inches. I'm no expert.

Most of those gains have come in 2-3 week spurts. Here are my personal observations on what things were constant during those growth spurts.

1.) I didn't overdo it. So many times I would see growth and then get excited and overtrain.
2.) I would do something quick 1 or 2 times a day in addition to my regular routines.
3.) After a couple days of particularly intense workouts, I gave myself as many days of rest as was required before continuing with my workouts. Usually this would be 2-3 days of rest. (I still did a little bit of edging or a quick morning routine)
4.) I would find myself getting random erections at night and throughout the day.

Today I measured 7.9 BPFSL. Couldn't believe it, but it definitely felt longer stretching it.

Lately I really haven't been doing much exercising. I don't know why I've gained about 1/4 inch in BPFSL over the matter of about 2-3 weeks. I've been doing a little here and there. Maybe one good 20 min workout every 2-3 days, but nothing serious.

I really feel like my recent growth is from my new girlfriend. I've never really been in a relationship before. She turns me on so much. And I get super hard whenever she gives me a BJ. The erections I've been getting having sex with her I think is why my dick has grown. I love making her feel good. Just thinking about it gets me rock hard.

I never thought falling in love would make my dick bigger, but it has.
