Well, I haven't hung out with her alone again so not really. I did see her at our graduation yesterday. She was fixing my hat and tassel and touching me. Then later she sent me a few more texts about how she is gonna steal a kiss and all that.

It sounds like you're fairly safe right now... but yeah, you do have to be the one to make a move. She won't knock you back unless to tease you. Maybe the next time she says something sweet or charming, just say "awww" and kiss her closed mouth on the lips, then you just see if she grabs back you to do it properly

Tilt your head so noses don't hit each other, don't worry about what side she'll automatically do the opposite. Bring your lips together and with your mouth slightly open, SLIGHTLY OPEN! Put your lips on either her upper or lower first. The actual "kissing" action will come naturally. You can either start to pull away our wait half a second and she if she stats kissing you back. Follow her lead, if she wants more she'll let you know. Take it slow and be gentle, you'll get a better response than if you just mash your face into hers.
