Only a few days. So very new to it. Thanks for the info!!
What's a little weird too is the springs don't compress or extend at the same length. Seems to bind up a fair bit. Maybe I got a bad device??

Unfortunately that is pretty common as well. A small amount of oil on the springs can help with that. Also manually compressing the springs a bunch of times can help break them in and get them working a little smoother.

Brand new here too just got my qep yesterday. I'll be following your thread. Hope this works for me. I've got to where I'm wearing correctly I think. Only thing is the glands get cold after about an hour is that normal?

Yes, that's normal. After an hour (or sooner if necessary), take a break for 15-30 minutes to allow bloodflow to retun to the glans.

I'm a little behind on posting my progress, this is always a busy time of year for me. I did take a little bit of a break because of the Thanksgiving holiday here in the US. The last few weeks I have had really good extending sessions. The last two weeks in particular I feel like I am starting to make some gains. It's hard to resist taking measurements every time I feel like I had a great stretch, but I am waiting until the end of the month. Hopefully I will have a nice surprise! It's hard to believe that the end of January will be the one year mark for when my PE journey started. I really hope to reach my goal of 8" BPEL in another 7 months or so, we'll see.

Time does fly this time of year, I just realized it's been two weeks since I last posted my progress. I've contiuned to have really good, quality extending sessions and I feel like it's almost time to add in another rod!

So, 11 months of extending and I have increased my BPEL by 1.5" (3.8cm). I am incredibly pleased with my BPEL gains, but I have had almost no noticable increase in my flaccid length. I don't know why it's taken me so long to give this a try, but I have decided to add traction wrapping after my extending sessions to see if this helps to increase my flaccid hang. I figure I'll need to do this for a couple of months at least to see if it makes any difference for me.

Has anyone else out there done traction wrapping after extending and be willing to share their experience?

I haven’t done extending due to mechanical reasons, but when I was pumping and hanging I used traction wrapping during recovery. It helped my length gains, but my flaccid hang would go back to normal after taking the wrap off for about 30 mins to an hour. Have you looked into using the LG girth band or some silicone sleeves? Those seem to have better heat retention and might be better towards improving flaccid hang.

I tried the self adhesive wrap and it was horrible! So incredibly uncomfortable, it really irritated my corona after an hour or so. I have an extra piece of the silicone sleeve I use when extending and that seems to work MUCH better. I only had a short time to try it over the weekend, so we'll see how it goes this week. I have already had a 90 minute extending session this morning and I put the sleeve on immediately after I finished.

Wow, it's hard to believe that this is the last entry for 2021 and that I have been extending for 11 months now. Thanks to everyone that has offered help/advice along the way, I don't know that I would have come thins far and had success without it! I look forward to reaching my 8" BPEL goal some time in 2022!

So after a couple days of using the silicone sleeve, I will definitly be making this part of my PE routine. It's very comfortable and I have worn it for up to 4 hours at a time. I'm hoping to see some changes by the end of the month. I will also be adding L-Citrulline and L-Arginine as part of my PE routine.

I’m currently on day 8 of the initiation phase. I’m confused about when or why I would use the adjustable knobs. Can you explain the process. I am the exact starting length as you and have not used them until today. I extended them out about 1/2 cm this morning and went about the day. I’m following the directions but never saw any clarification about the knobs.

When you are extending, you want your penis to be at it's max flaccid stretched length. Using the knobs is for someone who (like me) is what is refered to as a 'grower'. My penis stretches significantly during my extending session, it will stretch almost 1" (2,5cm) from my starting stretched flaccid length. Obviously compressing the springs when getting strapped in is not sufficient for me. Turning the knobs allows me to increase the length of the tension rods as my penis stretches until I have reached my max flaccid streched length.

I hope my explanation makes sense to you.

Great progress log going here... Are you still using the QE Pro? I am back to using the RestoreX but have upped the time to 5-6 hours/day, 5 days a week. (Taking 2 rest days)

I sure am, I don't see the need to switch to a different product because it has done everything I had hoped it would do.

So I feel like I have reached a huge milestone - I have now been extending for a full year! I went back to my original post to look at what my initial goals were when I started PE to see what progress I have made.

My original goals were:

1. Better EQ
2. Increased duration (maintaing an erection)
3. Increased length (BPEL)
4. Increased flaccid length

Here is where I am at now, 1 year later:
1. Better EQ - My EQ has improved a little, but I haven't managed to lose much weight, so I know that is still having a significant impact on my EQ. I started using sildenafil (generic viagra) back in March 2021 and that has made a big difference in helping me to maintain an erection which in turn has boosted my self confidence significantly.
2. Increased duration - As mentioned above, sildenafil has made a significant difference. I continue to work at losing weight, but that is an uphill battle!
3. Increased length (BPEL) - this is where I have seen the biggest change! I have gone from a BPEL of 6" to a BPEL of 7.5"!
4. Increased flaccid length - this is probably my biggest disappointment, I have had very little noticeable increase to my flaccid length.
5. Although it wasn't one of my goals, I have also had an increase in my girth! I have gone from a MEG of 5.1" to a MEG of 5.6"

I have logged my progress religiously since I have started and have accumulated a total of 714 hours of extending time since I began. I hope to be able to reach my BPEL goal of 8" some time this year. I also hope to be able to lose some more weight to see if that helps with my EQ/duration issues. I recently started taking L-Citrulline and L-Arginine suplements, so hopefully those will help. I also recently started wearing a silicone sleeve as an ADS when I am not extending. Hopefully that will have an effect on my flaccid hang.

So while I have not reached all of my goals, I am VERY happy with the progress I have made and look forward to my continuing PE journey! My sincere thanks to all of those that have helped and encouraged me along the way!!!
