So I feel like I have reached a huge milestone - I have now been extending for a full year! I went back to my original post to look at what my initial goals were when I started PE to see what progress I have made.

My original goals were:

1. Better EQ
2. Increased duration (maintaing an erection)
3. Increased length (BPEL)
4. Increased flaccid length

Here is where I am at now, 1 year later:
1. Better EQ - My EQ has improved a little, but I haven't managed to lose much weight, so I know that is still having a significant impact on my EQ. I started using sildenafil (generic viagra) back in March 2021 and that has made a big difference in helping me to maintain an erection which in turn has boosted my self confidence significantly.
2. Increased duration - As mentioned above, sildenafil has made a significant difference. I continue to work at losing weight, but that is an uphill battle!
3. Increased length (BPEL) - this is where I have seen the biggest change! I have gone from a BPEL of 6" to a BPEL of 7.5"!
4. Increased flaccid length - this is probably my biggest disappointment, I have had very little noticeable increase to my flaccid length.
5. Although it wasn't one of my goals, I have also had an increase in my girth! I have gone from a MEG of 5.1" to a MEG of 5.6"

I have logged my progress religiously since I have started and have accumulated a total of 714 hours of extending time since I began. I hope to be able to reach my BPEL goal of 8" some time this year. I also hope to be able to lose some more weight to see if that helps with my EQ/duration issues. I recently started taking L-Citrulline and L-Arginine suplements, so hopefully those will help. I also recently started wearing a silicone sleeve as an ADS when I am not extending. Hopefully that will have an effect on my flaccid hang.

So while I have not reached all of my goals, I am VERY happy with the progress I have made and look forward to my continuing PE journey! My sincere thanks to all of those that have helped and encouraged me along the way!!!

I’d like to share my weight loss strategy. I’m 42 and for the last 4 years since December 2018 I have done intermittent fasting along with cardio and strength training 2-3 times a week. Weight training and cardio didn’t help alone . It was as the fasting that got the weight off. I went from 215# to 180# in a matter of weeks to months. Granted I am probably more active and physical than most men. My current weight is 175# . I have to young children that keep me motivated and focused.
My fasting program is a daily 16 hour fast with an 8 hour eating window. My fast begins around 7-8 pm nightly. My first meal of the day is around noon. This simple change in eating and restructuring my mind about food has been the best thing I’ve done for myself. My energy, stamina, and focus have all improved. I share this because it has worked well for me and I hope it can help someone else. I work in healthcare and I can assure the vast majority of patients we see are obese to significantly overweight. I’ve worked covid icu for the last 2 years this March. I can also assure you that these criticallly Ill covid patients where indeed obese or significantly overweight. I can go on and on about the obesity epidemic. Anyway I hope this helps . And good luck with the weight loss.

Extending sessions will probably be intermitten for me for the next month or so because my wife was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. It was caught very early and she has already had surgery to remove the tumor, but she now has to go through 12 weeks of chemotherapy and then 4 weeks of radiation therapy with lots and lots of doctors appointments between all of the treatments.

Not much progress to post, I did very little extending during the month of March. My wife's chemo treatments are 75% complete, so the end of that part of her treatment is in sight. I think it'll likely be another month or two before I can get back to putting any serious amount of time into extending. I seemed to have hit a plateau anyway, no gains since october or november, so maybe the break will be good for me...we'll see.

Thanks, I was confident the QEP would help me increase my BPEL, so I was determined to figure out how best to make it for me.

Even though I haven't been posting a weekly log, I am still extending 3-4 days a week for a couple hours each day. I'm still tracking my hours in my spreadsheet and to-date I have accumulated just shy of 850 hours of extending. In an effort to push past the plateau I seem to have hit I have been pushing a little harder during my extending sessions. I am using the stronger springs I got off of eBay and I also added in another .5cm rod. I don't plan on taking another measurement of my BPEL until the end of May, but I think I'm finally making some gains again...we'll see.

Question. What did you use to cut the qep top, so that you could slide the top piece over the rods?

I used a dremel with a cutting wheel, but the plastic is soft enough that you could just use a utility knife. If you use a utility knife, DON'T try to cut it in one shot. Lightly score the plastic first and then just keep making light scoring cuts. Also, it's best if you make the cut out a little smaller than you think it should be. You can always trim away a little more if needed, but you can't add it back if you cut too much off.

So I only managed to get in 38 hours of extending during the month of May. I'm going to see if I can get in around 60 hours in June. I haven't taken a progress measurement in a while because I haven't been able to get an EQ of 10. I would say my EQ is typically in the 7-8 range...not good enough for an accurate BPEL measurement. I do feel like my cock is getting a little thicker though...it just feels thicker in my hand.

After giving it a lot of thought and researching it here (do we still call it the Gym?), I have decided that I am going to use my QEP to focus on stretching out my suspensory ligaments. I really think at this point it's my ligaments that have been keeping me from making any length gains for the last 6 months.

My plan is pretty simple, I will be doing the ligament stretching in the morning and/or at night when I am lying in bed. To stretch the suspensory ligaments I will be extending with my penis pointed down towards my feet. My penis naturally wants to pe pointed straight out when I am extending, so I will use the weight of my comforter to provide some gentle downward pressure to hold my penis down and pointed at my feet. My plan right now is to do six (6) 15 minute sets - 10 minutes pointed at my feet and then a 5 minute break with it pointed up towards my head. After each 15 minute set I will be unscrewing the rods from the base in small increments to increase the length of the rods (and therefore the stretch) until I feel like I have hit my current 'limit'. I have been extending for 18 months now, so I have a very good feel for where my limits are. I will also be using a silicone sleeve as an ADS between/after my extending sessions.

I did this routine this morning for the first time and all I can say is 'Wow!'. With the gentle downward pressure from my comforter I could actually feel my ligaments slowly stretching out. I have a good feeling that with this new routine I will finally get over this plateau I hit 6 months ago.

The ligament stretching is working! After a 6+ month plateau, I finally have some gains to report! My BPEL has increased by 1/8" (3mm)!!!

Life has been super busy this year, 2022 has been a roller coaster for sure, lots of highs and some lows. Over all, more good than bad. We found out a few months ago that we are going to be grandparents, but we just found out that we're having a grandson! Also, my wife has finished all of her chemo and radiation treatments and is doing well.

The new stretching with the extender is really working and I feel like I will be adding another rod in the next couple of weeks. Because of my ED it's difficult to get a good BPEL measurement, most times my EQ is around a 7 or so, but a couple weeks ago I woke up with a really solid erection, so I got up quickly to take a measurement and my BPEL was almost 7.75"!

So even though I am still tracking my extending sessions, for my progress log I will just be posting the total hours I have extended each month.

Jan, 2022 - 50hrs
Feb, 2022 - 39.75hrs
Mar, 2022 - 23.25hrs
Apr, 2022 - 49.75hrs
May, 2022 - 37.75hrs (added a rod)
Jun, 2022 - 39.25hrs

I took an extended break in August and I think it really did me some good. I am now consistently measuring my BPEL at 7.75" (19.7cm), only 0.25"(6mm) remaining to reach my goal!

I have a new routine that I have been using for the last 3 months that has been working really well for me. I am now doing a single 90 minute session in the morning before getting out of bed and then use LGHanger girth bands the rest of the day to help prevent turtling.

For those that are reading my thread for the first time, I'll give a little background. I started PE in January 2021. My BPEL was 6" and girth was 5.1" and as of September 2022, my BPEL is 7.75" and my girth is 5.7". The only PE I have done is extending with my Quick Extender Pro. I have made several modifications to my QEP and went through a lot of trial and error to find out what works best for me with the QEP. A large part of my struggle with the QEP is because I am a grower. Even though I have increasted my BPEL nearly 2", there has been very little change to my flaccid length (very frustrating!). Because my penis stretches so much when extending I found it necessary to use the threaded rods at the base of the QEP to increase the length of the rods during my extending sessions. I made steady gains, reaching a BPEL of 7.5" when I hit a plateau around November 2021. This new routine has helped my get past the plateau and start making some gains once again.

My new routine is as follows:

Get strapped into the QEP, lay back in bed and start timer.
5 minute 'warm up' stretch with penis pointed up (towards head)
5 minute stretch with penis pointed towards feet to start stretching the suspensory ligaments
10 minute stretch towards head AFTER increasing the rod length 8mm by turning rods
5 minute towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 8mm
5 minutes towards feet

At this point (after 40 minutes) I am now done what I consider my 'warm up' phase and my penis has stretched out to it's max flaccid stretch length. Now it's time for the real 'work' to start.

10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
10 minutes towards head, increasing the rod length another 3mm
5 minutes towards feet
5 minutes towards head to finish off my extending session.

After unstrapping from the QEP I'll jelq for a minute or two just to get the blood moving and then I'll put on two girth bands. One important thing to note is that I replaced the 'factory' 4000g springs with MUCH stronger springs (about 10,000g) I bought off of eBay.

For various reasons I wasn't able to do a lot for extending during September, but even with the low hours I have still made some gains. I am now measuring just a little over 7.75" (19.7cm).

Hi mate, very good and inspiring work.....! just one little thing- other experts on here say the QEP is dangerous and terrible for the penis....what am I to believe??
