OK. So I thought I would try to start a log and share my routines with others. I started just about 17 months ago but did not really keep track of time spent and doing what. I did do 4 months of beginner routines to start with no gains, and put in quite a few hours with Phallosan Forte. Oh, and a little bit of bathmate usage. I took a month break and got back into it and then finally had gains. I found after I stopped a lot of manual routines, that's when I gained using bathmate, Phallosan Forte, edging, supplementation and vitamins.

So here's my usual routine.

2 hours Phallosan in the morning.
3 X 15 Minute Bathmate sessions with 5 minute message/edge in between each session. I go in fully erect as I found I do not get fluid retention when I do.
Take about a 1 hour break then slip on Phallosan for 6 to 10 hours.
I'm on a 5 days on and 2 days rest although on my first day of rest I do use the Phallosan at low tension for at least 4 hours.
Before I go to bed I supplement the following.
2750 mg Choline and Inositol
3600 mg Lecithin
4000 mg Arginine
750 mg GABA
4000 mg Evening Primrose Oil
2000 mg Omega 3 Fish Oil
25 mg High Potency DHEA
I cycle these 3 weeks on and 1 week off. I will eventually lower these as my testosterone levels stay in tact.

Mornings on an empty stomach I take.
25 mg DHEA
Test X180. (I workout a little and I just started this 1 week ago. I'll see how it goes)
200 mg 5htp
480 mg Stinging Nettle
565 mg Dog Quai
300 mg Muira Puama
610 mg Fenugreek
I cycle this 4 weeks on and 1 off.

I also take the 5 G's but found I get massive headaches after 3 days in a row of taking them. So I cycle those 2 days on and 1 day off but with half of the recommended doesages.

These supplements have stabilized my frequent urination, and loss of libido. My erections are super rock hard now.

As far as topical treatments I use the following
CeraVe
Marc Anthony Macadamia Oil
Elocom Cream

Great choice CrushinIt. Starting a log really helps to track what works and what doesn't. It doesn't seem like it as you go along, but as you look back you'll see patterns, and trends. Things start to come together.

For the Month of September, here are my hours in. I started PE back up after a 1 month break.

Phallosan 118.5 hours
Bathmate 300 minutes
Edging/Mesage (no ejaculation) 165 minutes

I have sex 3 to 5 times a week. Don't keep track of time on that one. Lol

For the first week in October 1st to 4th.

Phallosan 26.5 Hours
Bathmate 100 minutes
Edging/Mesage (no ejaculation) 55 minutes

I will note that yesterday night I started using a DHEA cream that also contains ginseng and saw palmetto and this morning I notice I get an erection within seconds.

So because of I am taking a 4 day trip to Vegas thus weekend, I decided that my normal 2 days rest, that I would do a bit of pe considering I'm most likely not going to have the time to do it then. I'm on a 5 and 2. Normally on my first rest day, I use phallosan for 4 hours at a low tension. I decided to use bathmate that morning for 10 minutes first. Then on Sunday, I used bathmate for 20 minutes and phallosan for 5 hours. I felt fatigue but no pain.
Monday I used bathmate for 30 minutes (3 X 10) and I used phallosan for a total of 14 hours. Well, I can honestly say I think I should have not skipped my rest day on Sunday. My glans were pretty sensitive to the touch during sex that night. Felt quite sore on the tip.
so today i decided to take a rest day and i will pick up tomorrow depending on how it feels. It's not red, no edema, just sore.
I will bring my bathmate with me to use a little while I'm there.
One more thing to add. My BPFSL is now down to 7.5 inches from 8.2. BPEL is the same at 7.1 inches. Might be temporary but i will measure again tomorrow before i jump.

After a 4 day rest because of my trip to Vegas, I have to say my penis feels really healthy. Great erection, flaccid hang is very thick and much much longer. Seems my flaccid hang gained a lot.
Not going to go into full routine right away just so I can ease back into it to prevent injury.
My time for last week
October 5 to 11th

Phallosan 30 hours
Bathmate 160 minutes
Edging/Message 60 minutes.

Officially today I have hit 7.5 BPEL. My BPFSL is down to 8 as of today, but I will take the BPEL gains. So short term goal has now been reached. :)

So this week was great with yhe gains I made. I did start to notice what feels like a shock here and there in my pelvic area. It's not constant, maybe two or three times a day. It's not overly painful just a quick little jolt and it's over. Not sure what it means.

I got a blister this week so unfortunately I couldn't do much pe. This was the 3rd time I got one since pe with the phallosan. It wasn't overly painful but when I had sex it was very sensitive and was sore after do I probably should have refrained from sex. I did manage a bit of time in. I have skin peeling still but I now have rest days ahead.

October 18 to 24th
Phallosan 31.5 hours
Bathmate 85 minutes
Edging/Masage 50 minutes

I've been experiencing some pains, not fatigue. I've decided to take a longer break as I found pain when using the phallosan and couldn't use it for very long. I'm taking it as a sign, and looking at a week long break in order to heal whatever is going on. That and the fact I'm getting more discoloration then I normally get.
For the week of October 25 to November 1st.

Sounds like a good idea. Pain is never a good sign.

Is it in the shaft area, or specifically in the glans where it attaches?

Either way rest is advised, but maybe there's an adjustment that can be made so it doesn't happen again.

The last 2 weeks has been the only time I've experienced pain since starting pe. I've been getting sensitive skin in the shaft and sharp pains the odd time in my pelvic area near the base of my penis. I haven't changed anything in my routines. My thinking is that it is now time to let the fibers repair themselves. I'm on a 5 and 2 routine. I also think just as in exercising, your body develops a memory of what your doing and can build a tolerance maybe.
I'm going to take my extended time off then return perhaps with a 2 and 1 or 3 and 1 routine depending on how it responds.

So its been a while since I've updated my log. I've been keeping track just haven't posted. I've made a few changes in my routine as I haven't seen much for change. I've also added hanging. My new routine is as follows.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
10 minute Edge.
10 minute bathmate followed by castor oil.
Once absorbed I use Evening Primrose oil.
2 X 30 minute hang with Malehanger.
60 minute hang with vacuum hanger.
8 hour phallosan at low tension.
10 minute bathmate.

Wednesday
60 minute vacuum hang.

Saturday
8 hour phallosan

Sunday
Complete Rest

I'll sometimes use the phallosan for a few hours at night but not very often.
Since switching over to this routine, I easily hit 7.5 bpel without a high eq.

November Totals
Phallosan 93.5 hours
Bathmate 250 minutes
Malehanger 315 minutes
Vacuum hang 0 (Started in December)

Took a very long break. Started on December 20th until today. Had skin peeling around my urethra opening and was very sensitive. Ordered in some products to help. I think it may be do to starting vacuum hanging. I will return to hanging once my protectors arrive. Here are my December 2014 stats

Phallosan 98 Hours
Bathmate 255 minutes
Malehanger 710 minutes
Vacuum Hang 720 minutes

Total PE Time (since actually logging)

Phallosan 462 Hours
Bathmate 23.5 Hours
Malehanger 17.08 Hours

Looking forward to following this log! Will be getting my PF within a week or so. I have around six to twelve months of PE time before I maybe move in with my chick and so won't be able to train. I'm currently considering either: using the PF as an ADS and hanging with it; just hanging with it; or hanging with some clamp work. Currently 5.5x5 and want to increase by 1x0.5 at the very least!
