Looking forward to following this log! Will be getting my PF within a week or so. I have around six to twelve months of PE time before I maybe move in with my chick and so won't be able to train. I'm currently considering either: using the PF as an ADS and hanging with it; just hanging with it; or hanging with some clamp work. Currently 5.5x5 and want to increase by 1x0.5 at the very least!
Yeah for sure. I'd start by just using it as an ads first. Log some hours with that then move into hanging. I made the mistake of not keeping track when I first purchased it and lost track of hundreds of hours.
As an ads, in stretches left or right and that's it, where as hanging will give you the downward and outward stretches. I think changing it up every so often will give you different gains in different areas that may trigger better gains. But, we will see
