Hanging - Do i am doing something wrong? Rate my

Ok,
i'm hanging since 3 month now and i don't see any notable result, unless turkeyneck who begin to appears and my foreskin who start to grew up.
So that's how i process, tell me how if i'm doing something wrong and how can i do to be better in my session.

1.First i wrap with a piece of t-shirt.

2.then i wrap with teraband

you can see that there's turkey neck and a lot of foreskin wich i know isnot a bad things cause we need it to anchor the hanging device

4.then i place the bibstarter

Then i usually do 2 set of 3x20min (warm up 10min and warm down 5min)

I can't add more pics for the moment but as soon i can i will add pics of my BTC routine. Basicaly i sit on a chair and place my legs in front of me and let my penis and balls hang .

Please ask me if you want more details, i really want to do it as better as possible to achieve the best gain i could

wow, you have a lot of skin gathered in front of the hanger - I can see why your skin is growing. Your skin may also be taking most of the weight, which would also explain why you haven't seen gains.

I pull my skin back tight when I wrap, I get literally no bunching of skin in front of the hanger. This helps to ensure that the internals are carrying the weight and not my skin.

Excellent video, not seen this before. Made a few tweaks to my technique as a result of seeing this video.

wow, you have a lot of skin gathered in front of the hanger - I can see why your skin is growing. Your skin may also be taking most of the weight, which would also explain why you haven't seen gains.

I pull my skin back tight when I wrap, I get literally no bunching of skin in front of the hanger. This helps to ensure that the internals are carrying the weight and not my skin.

Sitting on a chair with your back at near 90 degree's to me isn't ideal, you need to be able to get your legs and belly fairly horizontal or hang standing up instead.
I lye back on the sofa to achieve this, others lye completely flat with their legs on a chair off the end of the bed which is better but not good for watching tv :)

Your hanging technique looks fine to me, just make sure you understand the difference between the bib grasping the internals vs the weight just being supported by the skin in front of the bib.

Some people use a cock ring or even a hair band around the testicles to hold the skin back. It helps so damn much when wrapping! I take it off after I attach the hanger. You still have to push the skin back, but it is so much easier.

I always have some skin bunched up, it will be different results for different people. The wrapped bundle is loose and with thera band you should probably use a much longer piece and spiral down the shaft. The hanger looks to have too much of an opening on the top as well.

And I hope it will reduce my upcoming turkeyneck..

I'm glad it helped. I have a couple of other suggestions to go along with this. Since you will no longer have skin in front of the hanger to keep it from slipping, you'll probably have to tighten it more than you're used to. Also, I find that you have to be careful to not squeeze too much blood out from in front of the hanger - you need some pressure to build up in front of the hanger to engorge the tunica a little and provide a "plug" that keeps the hanger from slipping forward.

PE is a very personal practice - not every method works for everybody, but it never hurts to experiment with different options. Please report back after a while and let us know if it has a positive effect for you

Are you familiar with "reaching and riding fatigue"? If not, thats where your problem begins. Bibs forum is a great reference for hanging.

Awesome point, Revolved. Bib is THE MAN when it comes to hanging knowledge and quite honestly doesn't get near as much credit as is deserved. Adding to what you said, another "growing pain" of hanging is learning to distinguish between actual fatigue, and attachment point discomfort.

Yes that's the point, fatigue come from the glan and attachement point or skin stretching, i cannot really feel pain from the internal.. I try wrapping without skin in front of the hanger but i feel more pain from the glan.. Do you have guyz other pic or video of some other guyz wrapping to see how they do and maybe give me idea to get the method who will work for me?

Have you tried different adjustments to your bottom gap? Small changes in my bottom gap have a huge impact on comfort for me. Also, I find it more painful to have a hanger that isn't tight - when I really crank mine down is when I get a lot of added comfort too.

(The word comfort is really relative when it comes to hanging, "comfortable" should more accurately be described as "manageable", so do expect some discomfort!)
