Hi everyone...

So let me just preface by saying my boyfriend and I have been together for almost 7 years. We love each other very much and have a wonderful relationship. The one thing that I have to admit that I am unsatisfied with is his penis size. I started birth control a few years ago and he absolutely loves it when we have sex (no condom). I do kegels to stay tight for him so that it is pleasureable for him when we have sex but it is really difficult for me to really enjoy sex when I'm not feeling very "filled." I thought that getting rid of the condom would make it feel better for me.. but it is the same. We have a relatively "vanilla" sexlife. Nothing beyond changing up sex-positions (no toys or anything "foreign"). Neither of us have measured him before but he is about 5in long and maybe a little over 4in in circumference.

I recently started to read about jelqing. I was not convinced at first either but after reading posts on PEgym.. I feel like as long as you follow the guide you cannot hurt yourself by trying as long as you follow the guide... So that's why I made this account to post this. I would like to somehow convince him to consider reading PEgym or to start jelqing without hurting his ego. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum! Thanks for reading.

Tell him to look up the exercises for lasting power and stronger erections maybe.
Kegels and edging, maybe show him that stuff on the site and let him look at the rest...
Honestly, don't have any idea how you can bring it up without hurting him.

Hi Lovehimdown,

Thanks for seeking advice from Gym members. I'm not sure I have any to offer but I want to complement you on being sensitive to how fragile a guy's ego can be when it comes to talking about how well he makes love or the adequacy of his penis size. I'm sure some of the guys here will have some solid insights to offer that will help you achieve your goal with your relationship intact.

4" in diameter would be huge, you mean circumfrence?

yes, sorry that was a typo!!! 4" would be very big for diameter!! But about the ego issue, I'm very worried that he would just write this site off as just bogus or think that I am not interested in having sex unless he has a bigger penis...

Like I said, your best bet would probably be to talk about stamina exercises. Kegels, edging, etc. and tell him these exercises (jelqs and such) can strenghten your penis and help it reach full potential.

Yeah I totally second that, I can;t see how you can say you wish he was bigger without really hurting his feelings and maybe giving him a complex. Frame it as a health and fitness thing, like you want him to be healthy, and don't even mention the size stuff, play dumb and remain ignorant of it in his eyes, let him find that for himself and he may want to do that for you anyway. If he thinks you're raising a problem, rather than an idea that could be fun for both of you, he'll feel awkward about it even if he had a 7" cock. At 5" he'll already know it's smaller than average, and while he may not have any issue with that (no doubt thanks to a loving girlfriend) he probably thinks like most people do that you're stuck with what God gave you

Kegels are apparently fantastic for your prostate health, and all these exercises are great for your overall penis health. You might want to frame it like that, out of concern. Kegels for women are fairly well known for their benefits and fairly mainstream. As a result I've been with a few women who had some incredible control down there which made sex rather more enjoyable on occasion. So you were reading around and stumbled on info that showed it was beneficial to men too, and that they could do similar things, so it could be a fun adventure for the both of you, with the added benefit of it looking after his health too.

As an idea, if you can kegel skilfully on him during sex, you could be like "check this out" and mention that you stumbled on this info that he could also learn similarly nice tricks, which you'd love?

Good luck, and as Lazy 8 said, I applaud your sensitivity and taking the time to ask x

Or hurt him, and then tell him its too small, but you love him. Honesty is the best thing you can do for a guy. You need to bring up the fact that your sex life is vanilla and find ways to remedy that. If my wife told me it was too small I would get a little saddened by it, but ultimately I would change and cope. She likes well built, tan men, so what do I do? I work out 3-4 times a week, eat right and all of that to keep her satisfied, and she does the same for me. Yin and Yang is where it is at, and you need to be honest or move on. Obviously I wouldnt recommend breaking up with him over his size, but I am sure he knows he is small and would love to get bigger he just doesnt think it is possible. Try bringing it up casually, like one of your girl friends has a guy in her life that jelqs a lot and then go from there.

I really don't agree with this. You'd be risking it being used as a weapon every time there's another disagreement. He could end up feeling inadequate and that you always had the upper hand, and he might throw it back at you how insensitive or shallow that made you sound.

Honesty is great and all, but tact is gold. You don't need to sacrifice honesty to be tactful.

(edit - added) Plus turning to your man and telling him "hey, I found these exercises that will make you bigger" is also saying that you're dissatisfied enough that you went out looking to see if it was possible to make him bigger. Men can and do read between the lines too, we're not complete morons all the time.

My wife had the same issue with her first husband being on little on the thin side she said and only in doggy style she could really even feel anything. I am pretty sure he already knows that he isn't really thick like he would like to be. I really can't tell you the right way to approach him to do PE because I really don't need it but I want it bigger more or less for me. But if I were in your man's shoes, I would start off by telling him that you feel you guy's sex life could be better which will lead to questions; and you can go from there.

I agree.. If you tell him flat out, you may never see either of him again. I don't know him but I have to imagine he already knows how he relates regarding size. You very well could crush him forever. I"m not sure exactly how to bring it up.

If my lady was bringing up how to make our sex life better, more exciting, I would be all about it! You already kegal so you know the exercises are good for you and work. Could say you were researching it for yourself (how to make things hot for him) and you came across these exercises. Which are great for his penises health which you love. Make it about how much you love his package and I think that could be a good starting point.

Sounds like your one of the good ones. As a couple here have said, we applaud your sensitivity and being willing to look into it and asking before just jumping right into it

Well, fat people know they are fat; and guys with smaller dicks know they are small. And if you tell a fat loved one they are fat, then they will be upset and offended. The same is true with your boyfriend. PE takes mucho time and dedication to see results that are going to make a difference in your sex life. it's not like he is going to start jelquing and then increase volume, length and girth, geometrically in a few weeks.

Shakedown is right on target. Tell him that one of your friends or (you read somewhere) was with a guy who did exercises that gave him better erections and actually made his penis bigger. Say its sounds like the type of exercises that you do to stay tight. Tell him you love his penis but exercises are part of improving your sex life and there is a chance he will respond, but again--he is not going to go from 5-7L and 4-6G in a few months. And you might want to introduce toys and other stuff into the relationship. No need to even mention penis size in that context.

If you tell him his penis is small, be prepared for the interrogation about prior lover's penis sizes, having him be up inside his head with anxiety, and generally introducing a massive source of anxiety into the situation. Then you will be with a guy who has ed

hmm.. thats a tough situation ur in.. I dont think it's good idea at all to tell him He is small or inadequate... it could cause significant psychological issues with self confidence.. and lead to psychologically triggered ED and what not.. the best thing u could do is somehow send him an annoymous email or facebook message with alink to what jelqing is and what it does. I mean every guy wants to get big whether they admit it or not. It's just one of those thinks linked to a man's psych that makes him feel like a man. So if he somehow stumbles upon this information he will be more likely to give it a try himself without u having to say anything. A man's Ego can be his downfall and as well as his resurrection. Be careful.

All of this ^

Difference is everyone knows if you're fat you can lose weight, but if you tell someone you wish they had a bigger cock, well, it's all very well saying they can make it bigger, but the huge majority of people won't believe you, no matter how much you say so. If you bring it up, rather than allowing him to find out, you'll almost certainly be spending the rest of the evening consoling him saying "no, really, look, all these guys are saying they've done it... no, really...". And that will affect your relationship until (if he bothers) he puts an inch on his unit.

As has been said on here before, even with people who give it a go nobody quite believes it until they see the gains for themselves. I've gained a quarter inch on here so far, and I'm still not sure if I quite believe it either!

If you do this in a throwaway "you'll never believe this" way, this is about the only way I can imagine you'd get away with broaching the subject without hurting him. He may still question you.

Is the any way you could get one of your or his guy friends to pretend like they do PE and tell him they have had decent gains from it? That way he won't even think you had anything to do with it and he may be interested if somebody who has gained first hand (not really though) is telling him so he would believe it that way.

That's hot lovehimdown that you would even go this far! A couple things... the fact that all you have is vanilla sex tells me that your man is not that sexual. Otherwise he'd be pushing the levels every chance he got. So... I don't think he'd be down for the long dedicated road of PE anyway. Second, I'm all about honesty. If my wifes pussy is loose then I tell her (rather I told her). True, penis size is a different animal so you prob can't be that blunt. But you need to be sexually fullfilled and that's a fact. So you need to be honest with yourself as well. Its doubtful in my opinion that anything dramatic can be done about his penis size anyway so there seems no reason to tell him. One thing you can do is say that you want him to fuck you with a dildo. He'll say OK (he better - I would!). Then come home with what you consider is a adequet size dick. Either way you win. You get fullfilled by the big dildo and maybe - just maybe- he'll get the idea and show some interest in growing his own member. Just like the movie inception... He has to think it's "his" idea.

Well, telling him his schlong and you are not doing it for ya' straight up will kill his esteem for sure. Like most here including myself said that he knows he is on the smaller side but use the improving sex life as an excuse to ease into the subject that you would like to feel him more inside but with love and respect. I will say his member is not worth throwing
your relationship away because there are things you both can do and find new to do.
