Hmmm... It appears I am adopting a new schedule of 6 days on 1 day off... No bueno. I've just been enjoying this phenomenal hang and good PI's so much the last couple days that I haven't focused on when my last break was :eek:. I already did today's routine but I'll definitely get in two days of good solid rest. Plus measuring day is coming up soon so I wouldn't mind doing that on a rest day either.

As mentioned earlier I did my routine early this morning and have been working with decent but not spectacular hang all day today. I think a break is a good idea right now but I am quickly realizing that the way that for the most part my penis doesn't get to feeling fatigued which is all the more reason to keep an eye on my PI's. For the most part they're usually pretty damn solid all the time so I figure that if they start to decline, that means I'm either overworking or just need a break for a couple days.

I think I'm going to measure tomorrow since Thursday is a very busy day for me and let's be real... I can't wait until Friday, that's ridiculous! Hoping for good things and I'm going to venture some predictions. While I gained pretty big in the length department last month I have done a decent amount less stretching the last couple of weeks and so I'm thinking that the gains may be reversed this month. I'm forecasting more gains in the girth department for sure and relatively small gains in length. Let's see if I'm right...

Today is off day #1 and it is also measuring day :) I think in a little bit here I'll start some edging (since I've decided I'm all done with porn) and I'll update a little later. Unfortunately I had to skip breakfast this morning since I woke up late for my class so I would like to make sure that I've got at least a little food and water in my belly before I try and measure since that seems to make a bit of a difference. I will update in a little while and hopefully I'll have some good news.

Measurement results:

BPEL: 6 7/8
NBPEL: 6 9/16
EG: 5 5/8 (+ 1/16")

If these numbers look familiar it's most likely because they're all about the exact same as last time around (with a 1/16" gain in girth). To be honest I'm really not bummed though. I have been having great PI's recently so my dick must like what I'm doing. I did cut back on the stretches quite a bit since last month so I might try and get back to my old routine stretch wise but overall I'm still pretty happy :) I also think that a portion of this could have had to do with a slightly below par erection on which I measured 2 times ago which would obviously skew any data a bit to make it look like I gained a bunch before I measured last time. At least now I know that I am measuring on a rock solid erection so I can be that much more excited about any gains I have made.

I just checked it and it's at 7 1/8" which is definitely up from where I was last time I measured it but I can't say for sure how much...

Thank you very much gentleman. So what do you fellas think? Stick with the same routine for another 3 weeks and see if something changes or should I start implementing a slightly varied program now?

My advice is always to stick with what works if you are still experiencing positive results from it. There is plenty of time to tweak your routine.

G4 I was just thinking how you were one of the few vets that I haven't had much contact with... and then you showed up haha. Thank you for the advice. My thing is that I've having some really good PI's recently but not a very good 3 weeks gain-wise so I'm having a bit of trouble interpretting them.

Yeah, I would say with really good P.I's, even though your gains are the same, to stick with your present routine a while longer.

Today was day off number 2. I haven't done anything related to PE in the last few days other than the measurement yesterday but I figured I would write down some of my goals before I measure next!

GOALS

1. NO MISSED SESSIONS!!! I need to avoid these at all costs since one missed session seems to lead to more and it throws off my entire mindset for PE which takes at least a few more days to recover from.

2. Take at least 5 actual seconds (not just a 5-count) for each jelq stroke and keep grip light.

3. Get 8 hours of sleep per night - I was very stressed out over the last 3 weeks and for at least the last two, I have not been getting adequate sleep (I function awfully if I don't sleep enough).

4. Make sure to eat breakfast every day - This is the meal that I most often miss.

I am fully going to commit to these four goals for the next 3 weeks. I am usually in the habit of setting goals for myself but oftentimes they'll be more of a set of guidelines than things that I fully commit to (tomorrow is the ONLY exception to this because I have to get up pretty early so I won't make a full 8 hours). I know that committing myself to these four things will undoubtedly lead to some very nice gains in the near future :)

Stamina has been much better recently! Today it took forever for my girl to get me off and then just a couple nights ago, something very similar happened where I was able to give her an orgasm (just shy of 2) before I finished. This is really nice since I have sometimes had an issue of coming literally seconds before her orgasm :D

In other news, I was still able to get 7 hours of sleep last night and I woke up and had a good breakfast this morning as well. The routine hasn't happened yet but I'm just about to make up some green tea and I'll probably get to do it in about an hour. I'll update in a little while.
