3 x 10 minutes to start with, every second day. I personally prefer long clamping sets, so have a read through the past 10-15 pages of this thread about long clamped sets :)

Thanks kickinthemebs. What would you recommend for days and sets to make gains?

Do you reheat after every set?

Thanks. My issue is that I typically don't have the time/privacy to do 30+ minutes on a consistent schedule. The only time I can rely on is 10-15 min in the morning.

Another questions: Has anyone done any "twisting" while clamping? I had a pronounced curve to the left when I started PE, which was 90+% corrected from my first year of PE (mostly fixed by hanging). However I noticed that my left CC is smaller than the right which leaves me with a slight curve to the left with a counter clockwise twist. I am just starting to get back into clamping (I've tried it a couple of times in the past but was never conditioned enough to really get into it - but I am definitely conditioned enough now). I have been doing very intense jelqing with a squeeze/bend/twist movement at the end. (bend away from the curve and a clockwise twist). I want to keep doing the bends to focus on expanding the left CC. What do you guys think about the clockwise twist? Obviously with the large amount of expansion involved with clamping the twisting motion will be slight at best.

You may want to directional bends while clamped. Just focus more on bending to the right.

Clamped bends are easy, and you can use your finger as a fulcrum or an ok grip higher on the shaft to focus on different part of the cc.
Twisting sounds really scary.
An other thing you may want to try is bend-horse squeeze, do a clamped bend and push blood from under the glans towards the base of the cc you're working on. So basically you're doing the bend with an ok grip behind the glans.

Of course the more intense stuff may not be more productive.

I don't think you will get very far with just one clamp set a day to be honest. I am not sure if any form of PE for only 10 minutes a day would be conducive.

In relation to the twists, I second what others have said - you are exponentially increasing risk and injury this way. Same with bends. I don't rate either. Try some double-handed squeezes while clamped instead, they are awesome. One hand above the clamp and the other just below the glans, aaaand squeeze.

Thanks. My issue is that I typically don't have the time/privacy to do 30+ minutes on a consistent schedule. The only time I can rely on is 10-15 min in the morning.

Thanks KITM. I will give the squeeze a shot. I will try to get in as much clamping time as I can but I will have to take advantage whenever I have time/privacy to do additional clamping/edging/squeezing.

I've been doing JP90 for over 6 months now and I want to add clamping to my routine. Should I separate the routines throughout the day (JP90 in the morning and clamping in the evening) or can I do clamping right after my JP90 workout.

Since I'm new to clamping, I want to go light in the beginning maybe 3 x 5 minute sets, then increase it to 10 minute sets. Also I'll be doing clamping every 2nd day. Let me know what you guys think and if something needs to be tweaked.

Well Ronal everybody body responds just little different. You need to see what schedule is going to work for your body. So maybe try doing JP 90 in the morning and then some clamping in the afternoon... the only thing I would tweak with you clamping is I would do 3 x10 with five minute rest.

Started clamped edging.

Been doing normal clamping for some time now while focusing on keeping it hard enough and doing constant kegels.

What I noticed from this that I did not get too much of expansion and my kegels felt weak. I knew that I was doing kegels but I barely felt them.

Also it wasn't as hard as I wished.

I'm doing 3x10 minute sets.

So now adding almond oil to the mix while edging my penis I noticed better expansion than just solely focusing on kegels.

My glans stayed engorged and my penis was harder.

I do much less kegels while clamping now mostly focusing on edging the penis and the glans. I do kegels from time to time to keep it hard , let some fresh blood in and avoiding my penis going cold.

So my point is that if you feel like your not getting the most out of clamping you may try to add lubricant and edge while not doing so many kegels.

Has anyone else had faster girth gains at the base of the penis where the clamp is than the rest of the shaft? The gains are super slow but it seems like that is where they have been coming and I have no idea why.

My workout: I prefer longer, less-intense clamp sessions. I feel like I don't get any expansion clamping when fully erect because my EQ so high, my semi-erect girth is about .2" more than my 100% erect.

I have read that base increase is common from clamping. That is why some members make coffin clamps( multiple clamps) so they get gains up the shaft too. I think it has to do with the pressure of the dick against the clamp making the dick respond to where the greatest pressure.

How tight do you guys clamp? I hear most people clamp as tightly as possible, but I seem to expand more when I DON'T clamp as tightly as possible.

Also, when measuring expansion, do any of you guys account for the fact that your veins are largely expanded? I see .3 or .4 inches expansion sometimes, but the veins are bulging and this accounts for most of the increased measured girth.

Interesting idea, I might have to try that. I have thought about just moving the one clamp up a little bit, but that sounds even more efficient.

Okay well I have been clamping for 20 minutes at a time, once per day 3 times a week.

I just recently read that tissue deaths starts to happen at 17minutes.. is this true ?

Also, would I see more gains if I clamped everyday? Or should I just add an extra 15 minute session on the 3 days that I do clamp?

thanks :D

Does anyone wear a cock ring or something similar after their clamping session?

Thinking that there could be benefits for this since your staying in engorged state for longer time.

Check out my signature link and this one^^^^^^, too!

I'm convinced that wearing a steel cock ring 24/7 sized correctly, will enhance your growth and cement it as well. PM me if you have questions. I can help you get a perfect fit. I've already helped over 2 dozen guys here in the gym get theirs sized perfectly to start the Challenge or just for their own use after PE.
