Claiming it... 9.75" BPEL

I'm always hesitant to call gains until I've repeatedly measured the the same for a few days. Today I'm officially claiming my gains at 9.75" BPEL. NBPEL seems just a tad off 9.5" and flaccid stretch length is close to 10.25" BP, Better warm ups seem to have loosened stretched length up.

I do think I need a little break though. I've been struggling with a injury in my pelvic floor area where I felt a little fiber blow out one morning and its been aching a little since with things feeling a bit tight during transition from flaccid to erect. Hopefully should be ok within another 2 or so weeks. I'll be more careful in the future.

The measurement shot has the same perspective distortion as last time but is unavoidable to get the correct measurement so I included a shot from the center to get capture how it actually looks. 7" girth is ridiculous, don't do it. lol 😂

I'm not sure. I've been doing PE on and off for around 17 years. I was definitely still in puberty when I first found this forum when it was still PE gym. I would say I have gained about an inch post puberty. I only do manual stretches and only work length.

What ever you did, it resulted in great results. Would you fell stating PE while in puberty is recommended.

I do think it may have been beneficial in increasing overall size for sure. PE creates damage on a small level similar to what happens when exercising muscles. During puberty, hormones like HGH levels, testosterone and DHT levels are elevated. Maybe this is just my theory but having these damage sites with these high hormone levels is beneficial to growth. I probably would have done much better if I had the knowledge I have now. It's definitely been a exercise in biohacking.

On another note, I don't think it's healthy psychologically. I started PE because of poor body image and insecurity with only a poor reference of porn. As a brain is developing it is easier to develop unhealthy mental connections. I still have some performance anxiety issues to this day. I think it's better for the youth to remain ignorant to such things until they have some sexual experience and a more mature psyche.

With porn so available in this day, we really dont know if it can cause pychological issues, since probally these are the only penis's these adolestants are seeing

Just manual stretches. Now I do them in the shower to get good prolonged heat into things.

I would be pretty psyched to get to 10"BP and am currently just a tad off 9.5NBP which was my original goal but I'm going to take time off to heal a bit of an injury. I was stretching with the injury thinking things were healed when they weren't. seems like a stressed ligament in my pelvic floor or maybe even spermatic cord stress, also could be my vericocele I've had for a long time that's acting up because its on that side. I am interested in looking into a short cycle on TB500 and/or BPC-157 to expedite things.

My EQ is still pretty good but I've been having libido issues this year. My T levels are ok but not incredible, around 500ng/dl. I think I may be having issues with free T due to cortisol binding as I've had a lot of stress this year with my hair progressing toward going grey. This seems to make sense also because when I get stressed my performance in the gym deteriorates. Probably will be off for a couple months to make double sure the injury is no longer an issue and I would also like to get my libido issue fixed before I decide to train again.

it may be time to check with an endocrinologist to see precisely what imbalances you may have developed. Treating the issue with lifestyle adjustments is optimal, but if that alone won't help, there are meds which will.

Seeing your results so far, optimizing your hormonal balance will only improve your efforts- especially where EQ is concerned.

To me , the most beneficial for performance anxiety or any other anxiety was MEDITATION. I find guided meditation from art of living is the best. There may be other venues that I am not familiar with.

If done along with QiGong or Yoga, results will be phenomenal in a VERY VERY SHORT period of time.

There is a 3-day silence meditation course, basically slight yoga and meditation for entire day. By far, that is the FASTEST WAY TO RECOVER YOUR mind.

My penis was ROCK HARD ERECT right after that meditation course.

My 2 cents of help.

Agreed. Been toying with and practicing mneditation since 2006. Really got into every day for a few years, every morning. Wayne Dyer has some great audios for meditation. Eckhart Tolle does as well. When you get good, you can do it on the fly, when needed

Just an Injury update but I have started a course of BPC-157 and TB-500. I have been taking 500mcg daily of both and so far have had great results. The biggest changes I've noticed is that my vericocele and some other veins are far less inflamed with the vericocele no longer causing any noticeable pain. I was also having some feelings of hardening around the base which have also gone away for the most part, I never really had any pronounced hard-flaccid but I was feeling like it was sure taking longer to achieve an erection. This might be an attractive consideration to anyone who may be suffering from hard-flaccid as a result of injury? I've been taking the BPC-157 shot subcutaneous into the loose skin of either in my pubic region just above the base or just around the side closer to the side of the vericocele. I'm doing this because I frankly have no Idea of what a shot directly into penile tissue will do. BPC-157 is supposed to be administered to the affected area but close seems to be working fairly well. The TB-500 I'm also doing subcutaneous but to a normal area like the tops of my thighs or into the abdomen as it works systemically. No real side effects other than maybe feeling a little lazier than usual? I'm not sure if this is normal but both of these compounds are fairly powerful anti inflammatories?
