Ok, so I have been on a decon break/focusing on FR break. Beginning PE for first time really since the summer. Wish me luck, and happy gaining to us all!!!

I have been wearing my DTR for several hours (5-7) per day and I am now a RCI-3. Just today I was also able to keep a retainer on as well!

Cal I just have to say thank you to you, although we've never really exchange posts. A few months ago I posted on a thread about having tight foreskin, or 'phimosis' to some. Well some recommended circumcision, which was never on the cards for me realistically. One recommended mini jelqs on the upper shaft to encourage skin growth. And you actually suggested stretching exercises like those trying to restore their foreskin use, and provided a link.
Well I lost the link after visiting but soon after visiting foreskin stretching and well I'm well on my way, full retraction when flaccid. I never had the chance to thank you because you disappeared for a while. Hope all is well for you. And I commend your views on circumcision and foreskin, and I am sorry you are having to go the long way to what I feel is a birthright. Good luck and thanks again!

And how consistent you are with the DTR is a fine example to us guy who sometimes don't feel like doing our 30-45 minute PE routine. Congrats on your FR progress!

After many problems and tragedies over the last few months, I am FINALLY BACK.

I began hanging with a Bib Hanger today. I (and bgstick18) have a new routine we are going to try, based on a suggestion from Big Al.

More intensity, accompanied by more rest.

Its a 3 day multi-effort.

Day 1=Hang. 4 twenty-minute sets.

Day 2= Pumping. I think I have also FINALLY figured out the MORE OPTIMAL WAY TO PUMP. That is, super low pressure but leave the cylinder on for an hour to 90 minutes. Sounds crazy? Well I do it.

Day 3= Rest and DTR only. (DTR or foreskin retainer worn AT ALL TIMES when not hanging or pumping, retainer worn at night).

Glad to be back, and trying something new.

Glad to see you back on the boards, Calixto. You are always sorely missed--man! Many of us have had more than our share of losses as of late. Thanks for the update and the information. I'm going to try the extra long, low pressure pumping as well. I'm always game to try new approaches to pe. Give my best to Bigstick.

Well Rhino, I was just ready I think to move on to something more intense. I seem to have "bottomed out" my extender, and seeing how buying a few weights is WAY CHEAPER than buying those simple little freaking expensive rods from X4, I am going to try hanging for a while. I have also thought about wearing my extender for a power-pull for an hour or 2 after intense hanging sessions might be a good addition, but for now I wanna try hanging for several months to see just what hanging alone will do.

I am always looking to do more experimenting, and I have not given up on the extender or anything, just trying something new.

Great to be back G411!!! Man its been a rough little era for my at this point in life and I hope this cloud that seems to follow me around will soon evade. Thanks for always being there for me my dear friend G4!!!

Now, about the low pressure pumping, I go for one of two options, and this has never resulted in "light bulb dick". I have only ever had slight edema, which is normal even for veteran pumpers.

1) One hour (yes, that's one set without taking the cylinder off!) at 4"Hg pressure

2) 90 minutes (same way) at 3"Hg pressure.

So, I just did day 3 of hanging.

I am keeping it simple these first few sessions. I am currently doing this:

4 sets, 20 minutes each, with 5 lbs.

I think I can do more, but I am just doing this as a bench-mark point, then moving up from there.

UPDATE!!!: blink2000's Penis Hanging Guide should be up in it's entirety soon! We have had various difficulties recently amongst other personal tribulations, but our fine Editing staff is now going to be pumping more and more great material out soon!

Rest assured, there will be several people following this thread and your commitment to PE, you're truly an asset to the gym and we appreciate you. I expect several guys, including myself, have recognised your 'preaching', for want of a better word, of Penis Enhancement as opposed to enlargement or anything else

For some guys that might mean EQ increase, or for people like myself it might mean fixing phimosis, or for you it is FR. PE is personal and it is a wide and varied thing, it should be appreciated in all its forms.

It will be interesting to see how hanging works out and I'll be sure to follow.

Nice reply. I never gave a half a thought to paying retail on something I can grind out in my own garage, and I came up with a recipe for making them (How to make extender rods). From what I can tell hanging is more advanced than extending anyhow, so good luck with it and keep us posted on how it goes.

Rhino, that is SO AMAZING that you actually made your own rods! I wanna turn those instruction into an article, maybe even a portion of the Extender Guide Series!

And Yes, Leeds, if you pump long enough it WILL cause gains. Constant expansion=cell division=permanent enlargement of your dong!

Oh,and as far as progress, I have had a few snags. I lost my hanging weights, so I have to get some more.

I am just focusing on FR at the time being, using my DTR, and getting ready to start back up with Hanging REAL SOON!!

I will keep you all posted!
