Definitely some merit here. A big smile and nice eyes can mask a lot of things, including an ugly body and ugly intentions.
I think comparing the body and dick is impossible - it might seem similar but I think as this discussion showed there is little headway to be made in reconciling the two opposing views.
I will say this though - If I had to start with either a big dick or an extremely fit body, I would take the big dick every single time, no questions asked.

Is that because it is easier to get fit (when you aren't) than to grow a big one?
I say body because a beautiful body whit a low percentage of bodyfat( 10% or under) make penis bigger and longer , because the difference between BPEL and NBPEL is low.
I got the body covered (my BPEL is practically the same as my NPBEL). I'd like to think of my dick as "in process". Before PE I would've said dick, but now - why not both?

Well I haven't got either an impressive penis and my body is a cross between a giraffe and a greyhound hybrid with a garden rake but I do have a pretty boy face and I can make girls laugh easily, am sensitive and kind also, but not really confident in bed. But for some reason, girls still like me and are attracted. It's only my mind that is the obstacle.

I avoided answering this question but i will now at this point.
The answer is body, even here in the photos section i check out the body,,, if you have a nice body that is what will draw me to your pic... my eye at some point will look at your penis ..
Thats not to say i needs to have a nice body.. because personality and then face (smile, eyes, nose ) are the most important thing to me.
if i see a guy who has a hot body and he has a crap personality then the thought that is in my head is .. "what a waste "
Did you guys notice that not once have i said anything about penis and how it effects my opinion of the guy or my attraction.. because not a hell of lot of thought goes into it... sure some penises appeal to the sense nothing wrong with a pretty penis,but there is no size to what makes a pretty penis, and there is more then one kind of pretty penis... just as there are all kinds of different types of pretty pussy.

If the question had been body or dick or good health and healthy mind? Then good health and healthy mind would be my pick every single time. But because i only have a choice of body or dick then i will pick dick.
I am a PE'r who trains many times a week to get a bigger dick. So my choice was obvious.
