25 bends to the right, 25 bends to the left all in the pump.

The bends were done as follows

Bend cylinder against the thigh sideways, use the thigh to create torque and increase pressure on the side logs.

A good doughnut seal is needed for this. The pressure dropped from 7 down to 5 hg. This was fairly intense and will be done when I pump from here on out.
