Todays session was a good hang, one set longer than I have been and I had a great feeling of fatigue

I have always had a BPFSL that is shorter than my BPEL but today my stretched flaccid hit a 7.5. This is the best I've had with my best BPEL being 7.5 but atthat time my stretched flaccid was only 7.25

That's a full 1/4 inch past my best since I resumed hanging. This time around I am doing hanging only with a possible manual stretch here and there. Zero work on anything other than length for a while.

I have no intention of measuring for BPEL for quite a while, maybe at the end of the year

I will be measuring stretched flaccid periodically. It gives me length goals but in a different way than I have set them before.

When do you plan on measuring?

I am not going to measure for a while. I will measure BPFSL but that is all for now.

Sometimes I think it makes me impatient to measure.

I'm just really getting back into a real routine again so I figure at least 6 months for BPEL or if I see a noticeable stretched flaccid gain
