Recently, I have been doing hanging leg raises - but bringing feet all the way up to hands. I use some momentum but i feel it works well & crucially is something i can stop off & do when training outside.

But as we all know, don't see abs until you get the diet right. I joined a slimming club (laugh if you will) and have lost 1 stone 11lbs in 2 months. For some people, the external peer group thing & having a very prescribed formula for eating is key.

Wow, awesome stuff Vulcan! :D

The weight loss has really slowed now. I was 16.5 stones & am now 14.5 stones (fractionally over) at 5' 11" - last week I had only lost 1.5lbs for example.

Initially I followed the Slimming World diet to the letter & lost very quickly - 7lbs in my first week (obviously some is water weight) then 5, 4, + 2, etc.

I have probably lost some muscle - but feel athletic again & my joint pain has gone. I will aim for 14 stone & try to maintain. I am also now using intermittent fasting - which is good for the body & brain - I try to do 16/8hrs - So stop eating at 10pm >> start eating again at 1pm or 2pm ,plenty on You tube about it.

Nuff about me :)

So I'll again say how I lost 10kg in 4 months. Stop drinking sodas, soft juices. No additional sugar, salt and butter. Only moderate excercisies. Oh and don't eat with your eyes.

LOL - actually intermittent fasting is meant to help with that too.

I am surprised that 'Stones' are not used in the US, since you seem to use even more Imperial measurements than we in the UK do - which is funny really.

196 lbs (14 Stone = 14 lbs * 14lbs ) or .....Lbs divided by 2.2 = approx 89 kgs

I am also tracking waist circumference.

I'm in Canada, we are well versed in all forms of measurement....OK, I'm not sure what a fathom is. or a furlong or how many hands high a horse equals out to, or a nautical mile or......

One of my buddies taught me an exercise with two people. It's a cool post sex exercise because you can have your lady help you do the reps and then eat breakfast afterwards. Pretty much you lay back down with you legs perpendicular to your body sticking straight up. Have the girl stand so that you can hold her ankles, and you know you're in the right position if you're face is under her pussy. She'll throw your legs down to one side and you have to pull them back up, then to the other side, and so on. It's amazing for abs.
