Bathmate results & hanger recommendations?

Been using the bathmate since around June or July of 2016. Consistently for some months then inconsistent other months. Routine constantly changed overtime but that was due to being not strict at all about it as long as I did it most days. However results were very impressive. After the first year and a half to two years I wasn't even trying to get any more gains, yet still acquired them during months I was very consistent with it.

Bathmate Results: Length +2 inches for NBPEL and BPEL && Girth +1.2 inches (Measurements from 3-4 months ago when I stopped really using it often, current measurements are mostly the same despite non-usage, so I suppose the gains cemented.) (Gains in length still were strong after years of doing it, I was using it very intensively for 6 months straight prior to stopping these last 3 months, I gained .2-.25 length in this time and .5 in girth during those 6 months)

Even though I say I'm very inconsistent with my routine/PE habits I still have my months were I wouldn't doubt I'm probably one of the most consistent and intensive users of the bathmate pump over the years. Some say you're not likely to get length gains from pumping but through my experience I completely disagree as my claimed results. Sadly, I never took pictures of the progress overtime as I was unsure it would even work in the beginning, but then it obvoiusly did. I've been very inconsistent the last 3 or 4 months, but plan to begin using the bathmate 5-6 days a week again when I shower etc. If you'd like to know my bathmate habits and/or routines, just ask.


Hanger recommendations?:
However, I also plan to begin hanging these next few months as well. I plan to use the hanger while working on my laptop sitting down. What I've found is that the VacHanger or LG Hanger may be easier for this as some say you can hang for longer periods of time per set in comparison to BIB hanger type of devices. I'm thinking of going with VacHanger because the cost is cheaper, but I'm wondering if spending the extra money on the LG Hanger will be more worth it. If you have any other hangers to recommend other than these two that would be great as well! Another plus is that I plan to take before and after pictures to have proven results for once, so hope some of you are looking forward to that lmao. ;)

Hi - may I ask what your Bathmate routine is?

I have used the device 6 days per week for either 20minutes full session or 2 x 10mins and have gained nothing. Posst pump I am thicker but that dissapears within 24hrs. No length growth at all

I think the Bathmate is handy to grow a little thicker for sex but you need to make excuses to shower at sometimes inapprorpiate times and waking up in the morning is a nightmare as you are now smaller than you were the night before.

So you say you gained 0.25inches or 2 inches in length with the Bathmate

Either way - well done.

Hi - may I ask what your Bathmate routine is?

I put my routines at the bottom of this essay I wrote lol, but if you're interested this is a quick overview of my pumping journey.

Yes, often when I'm not trying to make gains from it I still use it a couple times a week usually the days before or a few hours before having sex. It seems to make sex feel better. I've gained 2 inches in length. I do not recommend this and it probably is frowned upon, however, I'm not going to lie either... but I basically began maxing out the pressure, and most days use it for 30 minutes to an hour. For example, today I've used it for an hour and 15 minutes (partly because I just had a lot of free time and been lurking the forums the last couple days.)

I originally was very careful and would do 10 minute sets at medium pressure, then slowly increased to 15 minutes, then to 20 and sat at that for a while. Basically sets minimum of 10 minutes until I got 20 minutes or 30 minutes total of bathmate time. This is when I was more devoted and really put the time in, now I just use it when I shower and sometimes keep it on after the shower while getting ready for another 10-15 minutes.

I do not advise this but I believe like 3 or 4 months into using it I began testing with higher pressures, I eventually began to max out the pressure completely at some point. After a month of using maxed out pressure, I did notice the skin was a little darker, but nothing notable to me cause it's always been a little darker than the rest of my skin. Plus my skin is decently tan naturally so it just looks normal. It hasn't gotten any darker since that first month of doing that. For each session I would do two 15 minute sets or one 25-30 minute set. I had a couple "purple dots" appear during the second or third month of maxing out pressure, they went away in a week or so and I've never got any new ones ever since even though I always max out the pressure.

I'd also do three 10 minute sets or two 15 minute sets of rotating the base of the pump around. For example, that circle at the beginning of the pump where you press again your base isn't all perfectly the same height so if you twist it 180 degrees and use it, it seemed to put some focus on the CS instead of the CC's. I came to this conclusion because my CS is usually, or at least used to be on the "flatter" side and not very prominent, after usage 180 degree angle it would be very prominent. To this day it is very prominent and I believe it's when I began incorporating the 180 twist. I also would do 90 degree ones as well. I had a very, very slight downwards curve that isn't really noticeable but this straightened it out a little or just the CS is more even to the CC's now.

Anyway, I don't suggest this but most my gains really started coming in by always maxing out the pressure (probably because I've always done that so I don't have experience of doing low pressure except for the first couple months) for preferably 30 minutes, never over 30 minutes though because you don't want to cut off the blood flow for too long. Or I'd do like a 10 minute 180 degree maxed out pressure, then when I'm about done showering I take it off, rotate it back around, and then use it again for another 15-30 minute set. I'd try to use it when I shower in the morning and when I shower before sleep. When I didn't have time I'd sometimes not use it, or just use it for a quick few minutes to 10 minutes. I used to have more time on my hands and also was really devoted.

All in all, I max out the pressure for 30 minutes, or I do three sets first a 10 minute set where I turn it 180 degrees, then a 90 degree one, then a normal one for more than 10 minutes. Sometimes fluid buildup made the 3rd set more difficult due to the extra girth not allowing maxed out pressure. If I didn't have time, which was often I'd just do a 10-20 minute set while showering, if I finished the shower before the 10 minutes I'd keep it on for a couple to few minutes extra after the shower ended. I used to do it more frequently and do these things at least at least once per day but often 2 times per day for total of 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes per day (normally on the lower range 45-60min).

I know it was due to the pump because about a year in a half prior of using it I had no more natural gains in girth or length. Then I remember some big mile stones when I began using the pump and I was so surprised it was actually working. I went from like 5.8 BPEL quickly to 6.2 BPEL during the first month due to better EQ. The next big milestone was when I reached 6.5 BPEL, and very shortly after 6.6. Then I hit 6.8 for a good while, and then eventually 7 on the dot, then slightly over to 7.1. And then 7.25-7.3 for a while. Eventually I reached 7.5 it was crazy, then slightly over. I was at 7.5-7.6 for a while because I began using it less intensively, but randomly mid November I used it again for 6 months and brought myself up to 7.8-7.85 BPEL. I don't know, it's just weird to think, at every single one of those weird memorable mile stones I felt that is probably it for length, but then nope it just kept going up. Currently NBPEL is 7.5 and BPEL 7.8. Essentially, it happens gradually, it's so weird looking back at this thinking I was stuck each of those milestones or something but then suddenly one day you notice a gain. I don't understand the science behind this or how this is working, but I've never got any pain from this, EQ problems, or anything, and in all honestly I don't care how it's working because of the results have changed my sex life drastically.

I've also used this supplement called agmatine pretty consistently throughout all these years. It's a strong vasodilator, more so than L-arginine, sometimes I wonder if that made a difference. I don't use it for PE but for working out, plus I use way more than most people often 2g+ per day and I use it most months of the year.

I understand you didn't ask for an essay but it just sort of happened, I dunno. Oh yeah one more thing, I don't remember how fast the gains came in but I see my last post in this forum before this thread was November 2017 and by that time I believe my length was at least at 7 or a little over. Note, I could've maybe had better gains but quite frequently there'd be months were I only use the bathmate two weeks of a month or even just once or twice in a week, but then other weeks 5-6 or even 7 times. I have always been decently consistent but times where I made any gains were times where I would use it consistently 6 times a week for some months.

Routine (which has always been random but usually between these few over the years/Would do one to two times day at one point even 3 times a day/always maxed out pressure):
- 1 set, 30 minutes, maxed out pressure the entire time (normally no rotation or 180 degree rotation but sometimes also 90)

- 3 sets, first 2 sets 10-12 minutes then third set 15-30 minutes, 180 rotation maxed out pressure, 90 rotation maxed out pressure, normal way maxed out pressure (Any order of the three types of sets)

- 2 sets of 15 maxed out pressure usually rotating (I normally always end it with no rotation, sometimes 180 to increase the CS more)

- 2 sets, first set 10-13 minutes, second set 30 minutes (10-13 minutes doesn't allow for too much fluid buildup, usually started with that with a rotation then second set straight 30 minutes)

- Some days when I'm in a rush I just do a quick 10 minute one

These are awesome gains, and so far mine are looking VERY similar to this. Been using 3 months, and my dick just keeps growing. The milestones you talked about are exactly what i'm going through right now! How thick were you when you started? 1.2 EG is amazing and I hope I can do that too!

No I never do any manual exercises. Way too time consuming. Though I'd make sure to try not masturbating and at most only would once maybe every week in a half to two weeks. Though often wouldn't for up to months at a time. Sex is fine, but because I used to think masturbating may effect it I just usually didn't, plus it just makes me feel a little sleepy so I don't like it.

May 2015 I did jelqed 10 minutes a day and sometimes did manual stretches for a 10-20 minutes. Then after that month I did some homemade clamping and jelqs for another couple months. Then after that very occasionally jelqed or clamped. It did increase my girth by .25-.3 but after stopping it was more like .15-.2 gain in girth. For length it increased .4 but it went back down to .2. I feel like a lot of that was just EQ gains, especially for length.

Nice! That's great! My MEG girth started 5.1-5.2 and base girth 5.5. Now it's 6.3-6.4 MEG and I haven't really measured base girth in a couple months but it's 6.7-6.8 I can't remember.

I'm not suggesting this but just for general knowledge, if you use the bathmate maxed out pressure for one 30 minute set, the added girth lasts for at least 2 days but slowly dwindles especially after sex/ejaculation. Also if you don't smoke or are on some crazy blood constricting stimulant. (coffees fine). Even the third day there is a little extra girth still.

But it has to be 30 minutes, 20 minutes doesn't do it the same. Sure, it's probably just a lot of water retention but after the first few hours you can be really hard again and a lot thicker for up to 48-72 hours.

Those are some major length and girth gains . Yours is the most length gains ive seen from a bathmate or any pump. Ive always thought pumping is more for girth. Congrats.

when I was pumping my experience was my length went down and girth went up. That said, it could have been something else that caused length to go down because erection quality was compromised. Currently, ive incorporated pumping for better quality erections and aim for three times a week for ten minutes moderate pressure at most, while doing kegals in the pump.

Yeah my bad, I was typing that really late last night. You know the part of the pump that you press against your fat pad? It's rigid and not does have even depth all the way around (the place you enter it in). If you rotate it 180 degrees from the normal way you're supposed to put it on it seems to put more pressure pumping the CS.

I believe this to be true due to my personal experience, I always put it on the normal way, but cause my CS wasn't very prominent I tried that once and the next couple days my CS would be a lot more prominent, and eventually the CS gains solidified/cemented. I eventually began using it in my routine, I normally do it the normal way, but I frequently rotate it 180 degrees or 90 degrees now as well.

Try it sometime then the next time you're hard you'll see you CS is a little more prominent than if you used the pump the normal way.

Yeah, after any of my pumping sessions my length and EQ is less for a few hours compared to my normal length and and EQ but my girth is way larger partly due to the water retention, especially because I max out the pressure no matter what.

The length goes back to normal within 24 hours, but eventually my average length increased over months of consistent use.

Maybe my length gains came from maxing out the pressure or something because even when I was at ~6.2 length I eventually able to touch the end of the bathmate after 2-3 months, and now for years always have. This means at 6.2 it's stretching it to like, what, 7.8 length in the bathmate, maybe it's something to do with that?

Wow... I just realized the bathmate x30 goes to 7.8 length, which is where I'm at now... I guess I'll have to get the Goliath or x40 soon. Never thought I'd see the day where I say that lmao.

Hey mate - once again - congratulations on your gains!

To gain over an inch is unreal - I only am after 0.4 inches!

I use the bathmate 2 x 10mins per day - zero gains other than temporary larger girth for roughly 4-12 hours

I did use it for 6 months at 1 x 20min session. The girth was temporarily a bit larger than now and probably lasted a bit longer but within 24 hrs it was gone

Unfortunately 20 mins caused a lot of odema around the foreskin making pushing the foreskin back over the glans painful bit because of my issue with my freneulum caused it to tear. So again this annoying injury is a barrier to potential growth

I van't use the Bathmate for more than 10 mins at a time due to the odema, can't use manual stretches, can't use extenders

The only option I have now to gain that 0.4 inches (which is becoming a mental obsession that I can't act upon!) is the LG hanger

Goal is 7 BPEL X 6.0 girth

Currently I am 6.6inch NBPEL x 5.5 girth (or 5.8 girth after the Bathmate - this slowly dwindles over 12hours)
