Basic exercises for cremaster, retractile testicle, and scrotum stretching.

Hi folks,

While I have had retractile testicle for a long time it seems to have gotten worse with PE. I'm looking for exercises that will help prevent testicles from pulling up near my pelvic bone during sex where they can get crushed. It's quite painful when that happens.

My theory on why it's gotten worse is that my erection length has grown but I don't think the skin has grown as fast so my scrotum is being pulled up more. I'm trying to do exercises that will help the skin stretch out. And another issue is that I've always had a high riding scrotum - aesthetically and for comfort I'd like to stretch my scrotum down a little further.

Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Wearing a simple leather ball strap around your testicles will do the trick. Doesn't have to be wide, even a 1/2" wide adjustable ball stretcher will do the trick. That or a cock and ball ring. Again, I suggest less width because with the ball and cock ring, it is taking up shaft space. You could also consider getting into stretching your sack. You could start of with adjustable leather straps of various widths, then you could progress to wearing ball weights. I have found for myself that wearing ball weights is far more exciting to me then jelqing ever was, and all you do is put it on and let them do their magic!!!

The Testicle Health Massage will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testes and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testes. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testis for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

I have done similar exercises, with pretty good results. Like pumping, I think you have to continue to perform the exercises or the old conditions revert back. I also have a few different ball stretchers we use during sex. Have not thought about wearing them more long term (hours at a time during the day.) Might try that also. I also never thought about the fact that I have increased my length and perhaps that is contributing to my sack being pulled up. I will def try this exercise, even though it will take some time like the others do. Looks promising. Might sound odd, but I might consider trying to teach my wife some of these moves for when we shower together, she could help with performing these on me. She also has a vested interest in my balls hanging lower, so she can get them individually in her mouth. It is something we both would like to see happen.
