Apparently, 8 - 10 inches is average or so I am told by a member of the opposite sex. Who, interestingly, has yet to mount the horse if you know what I mean .

No wonder we are all PEing if this is the attitude lol.

I did say to her at the time "are you freaking kidding me" but it transpires that she was deadly serious.

Now, either someone can't measure or they are harbouring the channel tunnel. I have a friend who is packing 7.75" y 5.75" and he is often told that he is very big/huge and considers his size a mixed blessing to they say the least.

So, it would seem that there is a massive gap between reality and fantasy lol

I think its true that women seriously don't have an concept of size. I'm not 7 yet. But in the past, I had a girl ask if I was 7. I went with it and said, sure! She went on to inform me that from her small sampling that most guys are around 7-7.5, haha. Some women don't have a clue.

But I can see why they think that. Like if you look at a picture of a 6 inch dick on a computer, depending on the angle etc..I think its looks bigger. In some porns guys are packing like 8-9 inches..but I'd swear it looks like 12. I guess when its coming at a woman...she just has the angle that makes it look bigger.

7by5, your lady friend is normal from my experience. Peculiar that my penis size has apparantly fluxuated between ~7" to ~10" long my whole life, that is what many of the women I have slept with say. The measuring tap says ~6". Some women say they need at least 10" but really like 12-14". But girls did not really pay much attention is shop class. I basically think that women add 30-50% to penis size with their scientific measurements . So, you are above her average using that formula, but she might take you for a foot long.

I bring news on this subject. After having a serious hunt around my garage I managed to find an old can of car carpet shampoo which measured in at 8.7" by 6.9" in diameter. Now, I presented this to the girl in question and asked if she would mind if I stuck it up her *cough*. The response was "f*&^ing no way hun". I asked her why and she said that it would be worse than giving birth which I thought was an interesting answer. I then expalined to her that this is actually low average in her expectations. Needless to say she was quite surprised. I then asked her later on to estimate 6" with her fingers. I then measured the distance which was actually 4.2". This excercise would suggest that her perception of 12" would actually be about 8 - 8.5". SO, although far from scientific this would certainly support the idea that women simply can't guage size. That is not meant to be taken as a sexist remark lol.

Yes, this doesn't surprise me at all. Anybody who is feeling badly about their size based on discussions with girls about measurements should take heed.

AWESOME work! I am inspired. You guys have more patience than I do. I am usually just turned off by the ignorance of someone expecting a 10" cock. I will need to be more understanding in the future. Maybe we should start a group dedicated to dispelling the penis size myths: educating women, disciplining lying men, and sneeking into porn shoots to get actual porn star sizes.
