Hey all,


Background:
Starting a new PE thread to publicly log my workout, progress, trials, errors, get advice/feedback, etc. I'm not entirely new to PE. I did some length work when I was younger for a couple years on and off; however, I do not believe any of my gains were cemented and if any were, they were marginal. I'd like to be more diligent about my approach to PE, set safe goals for myself, and meet them this time around!

Current Measurements and Goal Measurements:
Starting measurements 1/24/2021-BPEL: 6.4in; EG: 5.25in
Goal dimensions-BPEL:8in; EG: 6in

I'm uninterested in setting specific flaccid measurement goals.

Workout: I'll be following up with my workout once I decide on my approach. I want to focus on manual excercies primarily but I do plan to incorporate a bit of clamping once I re-acclimate to PE. My focus on manual work is for two reasons: 1. discreteness (I will not be sharing this endeavor with the SO, or at least not initially) and 2. I went straight to devices (Bathmate, Phallosan, hanging devices) on my first PE attempt and want to take a different route.

Having said the above, I'm definitely open to any routine suggestions anyone has that fit my preferences!

Settled on JP0 Routine. I might follow JP90 with another beginner routine immediately after to truly reacclimatize myself. Will be posting set/rep details tomorrow and going forward.

Ayyyooo's Modified JP90 Routine:

Warmup:

-Heating pad 10 minutes

Stretches:

-Flaccid/OK grip below the glans, down, up, left, right 60 seconds each direction with 25 kegals during each pull and helicopter shakes after each stretched (4 total sets of helicopter shakes, 2 with right hand, 2 with left hand).
-Flaccid/OK grip below the glans, clockwise and counterclockwise 60 second each rotations

Jelqing:
-75%-80% erect/OK grip, I do not count my reps but I'm going to do 10 minutes, stopping when I get too hard.
-I've elected not to incorporate V-jelqs.

Warmdown:
-Heating pad 7 minutes

Workout Notes:
-I have big thighs, so clockwise and counterclockwise rotations are difficult because my legs push my balls so far forward.
-I fear kegals during this routine will tighten the pelvic floor too much. Might eliminate those.
-Left hand dominant

-I feel like my penis has been more "full", more often since starting my routine (referring to relaxed, flaccid state); however, there may be a slight decrease in EQ. Could just be in my head. I usually have sex over the weekend so I've been abstaining from PE the day of or at least a day before I anticipate intercourse in case there is any truth to this. Reduced from 15 minutes to 8 minutes of jelqs because of this as well.

-Took a few days off, didn't feel well.Not sure if I had a bit of a cold, if it's PE-induced EQ issues, or just in my head, but when I had sex yesterday, EQ did seem to be decreased. Lowering time jelqing yet again to 6 minutes because of this.

Great work. You post very consistently. I just started my own blog. It would be nice if you can post your measurements in the footer and update them after 5-6 months. You are lucky to be starting with a much better size :)
