Warmup:
-Heating pad 15 minutes
Stretches:
-Flaccid/OK grip below the glans, down, up, left, right, and straight out 60 seconds each direction with and helicopter shakes after each stretch (5 total sets of helicopter shakes for 20 seconds).
Jelqing:
-70%-80% erect/OK grip for 8 minutes, stopping when I get too hard
Warmdown:
-Heating pad 10 minutes
