Warmup:
-Heating pad 15 minutes

Stretches:
-Flaccid/OK grip below the glans, down, up, left, right, and straight out 60 seconds each direction with and helicopter shakes after each stretch (5 total sets of helicopter shakes for 20 seconds).

Jelqing:
-70%-80% erect/OK grip for 8 minutes, stopping when I get too hard

Warmdown:
-Heating pad 10 minutes

Workout Notes:
-Left hand lead

-Really looking forward to first re-measurement. Looking bigger although I know it's likely mostly in my head.
-I'm going to look for an extender device to start logging hour with. Leaning Phallosan but will shop around a bit.

-I decided to order an extender and went with the PeniMaster PRO It was between that and the Phallosan. I had a Phallosan years ago and thought it was fine. I didn't properly track my time with it and don't remember if I achieved any permanent gains. Really what prevent me from getting it this time around was its cost. Not worth it in my opinion.
