Kegel exercises will make your PC muscles stronger. Also a longer masturabtion/edging session may help.

Penis cut or not cut is unrelated to shooting.

I have the same problem sometimes, don't jerk it a lot, and try to always have full erections....kegel exercises and edging help as well. A trick I use is I hold my urine flow when I go to the bathroom to help my PC muscles expand and that often helps my shooting

Before I started PE and kegels in particular, I could only hold a kegel for a few seconds at most. At the end of my 6 1/2 minute routine I now do I finish with a single hold over two minutes or more. If I tried to simply see how long I could hold a single kegel I wouldn't be surprised if I held it for five minutes. I didn't shoot my loads prior to PE, and I still don't shoot my loads. I do nothing special for shooting. Normally I shoot. I am circumcised though, I don't think circumcision is related with it. However, long edging session is obviously helpful for me to shoot the load further and higher.

Hmmm.. I'm not so sure if it completely genetic. I was never a shooter, but all of a sudden for a few months I was able to shoot consistently. I have lost the ability again

Same thing!.. i had that ability for the first time when I was 19. It was exciting to see it go up like a volcano eruption and then it landed all around me lol. Such a mess,, but still exciting. I too can correlate the viscosity with the ability to shoot. I'm generally unloading thicker loads then what I see in porn and as such I don't' get much distance at all. However the only time I did actually shoot (yes, only once) it wasn't nearly as thick as normal, was more clear but very hot (as in temperature).

Maybe try this, cum every day for like 2 weeks - then - DON'T cum for 3 or 4 days - just do the edging thing at least twice a day, drink lots of water & take multi-vitamins. I tried this myself, and on the fourth day I came ALOT, at least three long streams shot out with force. I also do kegels. I also find it depends on how aroused I am whether it shoots out or dribbles.
