What type of magnesium is it recommended with the various routine for the pelvic floor, and the other exercises ?
Above all, do not have any side effects that do go to the toilet, as diarrhea.
Also, that daily doses should be taken?

In one of the "success" threads, the OP attributes part of his results to magnesium but I think hes taking a powder form.

I bought the following from Walmart simply because its the only one they had.

I take 2 pills/day. The directions on the bottle call for 2 - 4 pills a day.

I've noticed improvements but I can't pinpoint the exact reason. In my case, I feel like a lot of it is in my head but still think it's good to try "everything".

I was buying some more yesterday and the pharmacist said that the only difference between magnesium chloride and magnesium oxide is how it's absorbed.

He had me buy the cheaper magnesium oxide and advised 1 pill/day or what I believe is 400mg.

I'm taking ZMA supplements. They contain 30mgs zinc, 450 magnesium and 10 mgs vitamin b6. It's 3 pills per day.

So far I did get an improvement in morning wood and EQ, but I'm not sure if it's just because of the pills.

Chelate is better absorbed and has no toilet effects.

I recently tried magnesium oil (magnesium chloride). It's applied on the skin. I can recommend it, the effects are fast.

Bioavailability
Oral (tablets) - 30%.
Transdermal (oil) up to 100%.

The concept here is if your body does not have enough Mag it will tend to cramp . So this can play into pelvic floor issues.

Where do you apply it on your body?

How much do you use at a time?
