Errr not with regularity but i've still seen some minor growth. I'd say I PE an average of 4 times per week. EQ is rock hard, 9 or 10.

Millia - the muzzle hanger is created and fully functional. I messed around with it a bit and hung 2.5 lbs for 2 sets of 10 minutes last week, felt pretty good. I even tried kegeling while hanging. The problem is that I've had a lot of sh*t going on with my friend moving in and what not, so I can't get the privacy I really need. Also, you and many others seem to agree that manual stretching is futile after hanging - so yeah I'm gonna do what I can with the manual stretching.
