Thursday: Off PE
Gym: 10, 10, 4, MP with 65 lbs, 5 min break.
Friday: PE stretches (again couldn't jelq)
Gym: 3 x 10 preachers w/ 40 lbs, 3 x 10 pressdowns with 50 each arm, 3 mins.
