Day 13:

- Today I was back to work on my PEing!!! My routine looked like this:

1. Warm up with the rice sock for 15 minutes...
2. Do manual DRY stretches with kegals...
3. Hop in the shower immediately and warm up again for 5 minutes with washcloth...
4. Wet jelq: About 60 regular jelqs, a bunch of rotaries, a bunch of A-stretches, helicopter shakes...
5. Warm down!

*It's tough for a beginner, because it's hard to know when I'm pulling too hard, or if my jelqing and reps will be enough... Can somebody give me some advice, if there's a way to know?? How can I know when I've had a good session!?

*I don't know anything about PI's yet Millia... I just know what 'turtling' is and I don't think I'm suffering from that... (But would 2 weeks be too early to tell??) I know I get a bit of discoloration sometimes, (like slight black/blue here and there, but not anything crazy looking,) - but that's about all I notice after a days workout... Thanks for replying too Millia, I want to learn as much as I can to have good gains!!

Day 14:

- Just ran through JP's standard "beginners routine" today... A warm up, dry stretches to get the ligs loose, jelqs in the shower... You know the drill! I really hope it's enough to see gains in 3 months time.

*Today is also the 2 week mark!! 14 days down, 76 to go lol...

Just my input, your aims are realistic but it will require A LOT of dedication. Remember JP gained i think more than 3 and a half inches, but with the time and effort he put in you can understand the legendary gains. I'd suggest following the routine more closely i.e count your jelqs, no A stretches for now. The routine helped JP gain around 2 inches if I remember correctly. It IS a lot of jelqs but this is what will help you condition yourself, I'm a newbie myself, only 3 weeks in and I'm only doing half the jelqing, I'll increase to the full amount by the time I'm 6 weeks in. Like the guys before me have said, pay close attention to your PI', my flaccid hang has been much better since starting but these few nights the woodies that I've woken up with (sometimes several times throughout the night) have felt great. Having no time limit is a good thing to, like Millia was saying BE POSITIVE; focus on the journey, not the destination, and enjoy it, that's how many look at it. PE just becomes routine :). Anyway more longwinded than I intended it to be but best of luck to you, be consistent, focused and also relaxed, don't be afraid to ask questions (should probably follow my own advice there), the community here is great and all the more experienced PE'ers are more than happy to help! - Thanks for all the replies guys! It feels good to have people following what I do, (because I also follow so many others!

+ I read the article on PI's and decided to start taking it easier. I'm following JP's routine, but now I'm just not tugging nearly as hard... I'm hoping easing up will still result in a solid stretch. It's hard for me because although I'm cicumsized, I still have some skin up there and tend to lose my grip... Thank you Millia and Aidan, I need excellent advice from fellow PE'ers like you guys!

*Today was another day of JP's exercise routine:

1. Warm up with a rice sock for 15 minutes.
2. Dry stretching... (Rotaries, 'helicopter' shakes)
3. Hop directly into shower and warm up an additional 5 minutes with a wash cloth...
4. Wet jelq all directions, and kegel about 100 times.
5. Warm down 5 minutes...

Does this seem like a decent workout? This is literally what I've been doing every day... (2 days on, 2 days off.)

NOTE: I'm actually VERY proud that I've been keeping the ruler at bay lol. I haven't measured since I started my log, and I'm REALLY hoping that by the time you read "Day 90" at the top of a post, I gained something of some sort!!!

If you're having trouble with your grip then what I do is get a "head swell" where you kegel so that your head fills with blood and then secure your OK grip behind the glans, that way you get a better grip, and you also will gain some potentially in head size as will.

Day 17:

*Standard JP day... Went through the basics. I'm having a tough time with my PI's, because it's hard to tell whether or not I'm turtling or anything related... I typically masturbate when I finish my routine so that I make sure my penis is still functioning lol, but so far - over two weeks in - it's hard to tell if I'm gaining any size. I don't want to measure until I hit the 90 day mark...

Hey Created hows things? Workouts lookin good man looks like you've settled right into it. Well done keeping the ruler at bay at first i was always taking cheeky measurements. You could always take a monthly measurement if you wanted man, just to see how things are coming along. But with your workout dude i see no reason why you won't get good results:)

- Thank you Eric and Millia! I really hope I see gains the first time I measure, because as of right now, my flaccid AND erect lengths look exactly the same... Does this seem pretty normal after the first couple weeks? It's hard to tell if I'm having a turtling issue, because my flaccid length is normally pretty small... The only difference I'm seeing so far with my regular flaccid size during the day, (on and off days,) is more vein protrusion... No noticable length. :( But I haven't measured, and refuse to until the 90 day mark! Does any of that seem normal though guys??

Dude I still haven't seen much of an improvement in flaccid hang and I've been going at it HARD for 3-4 months. I mean I know it's not that good to say, but I don't give two shits about my small flaccid. It can stay at the 2"-3" or whatever it's at forever, as long as I get that ideal length (NBP 7.0" short term, NBP 8.0" long term) I'll be more than happy. And if I can get to my short term girth goal of 5.5" then I'm freakin' set. Flaccid doesn't mean sh*t man.
And as far as erect looks as well, it's more tricky. Your mind plays tricks on you. There's days I look down and I still see the 5.3" NBPEL that I started with, but I'm really a lot bigger then that. Same thing with girth, I look down and I feel as if I look smaller then when I first started, but I'm actually bigger. The mind is very tricky when it comes to your penis.

*I know what you mean Millia... I'd like to see a flaccid increase, but you're right: at the end of the day, my non-pressed erection length is the only thing that truley matters. That's sincerely the only size I care about, because my girth is already decent... I just want length, so that it's more pleasurable for a girl and it's something I can pull out and be proud of lol... 8" is MY goal too!

*I think the hardest part of PE'ing for me so far is trusting that my routine is working... When you're a beginner, it's honestly hard to tell if you're gaining, and if the way you're stretching is as good as it's supposed to be. When I masturbate, I don't see any gains what-so-ever, but I still have no desire to measure until the 90 day mark!! Keep on trying...

Hello CreatedIn1985. Welcome to the PE Gym. I finally got a chance to sit down and read your log.
I am happy that you are following my routine. My only suggestion is; Do not masturbate after each session, cut down to once every 3 days.
You are depleting a lot of nutrients and I would advise you to take the supplements I recommend. Good luck and I will be following your progress. (jP
