Day 13:
- Today I was back to work on my PEing!!! My routine looked like this:
1. Warm up with the rice sock for 15 minutes...
2. Do manual DRY stretches with kegals...
3. Hop in the shower immediately and warm up again for 5 minutes with washcloth...
4. Wet jelq: About 60 regular jelqs, a bunch of rotaries, a bunch of A-stretches, helicopter shakes...
5. Warm down!
*It's tough for a beginner, because it's hard to know when I'm pulling too hard, or if my jelqing and reps will be enough... Can somebody give me some advice, if there's a way to know?? How can I know when I've had a good session!?
