I stuck to my routine with time off here and there and I'm in utter shock and disbelief at how much I've gained. Going from 5.6 x 4.5 to 6.6 x ~4.8 (5.0 @ base) in 7 months!!!!!!!!!

Quick update...

Did not PE yet... away for the 4th weekend and no alone time.. heh. been traction wrapping and bed fowfering... will PE when I'm back in the privacy of my own home. Hopefully these 6 days off do not hinder my future gains ... and hopefully do not lose.
