I'm 6.7 months about into PEing... I had a 2-3 week period I was inconsistent, but still exercising. Is it too early for me to begin clamping... and what's a good beginner's clamp regimen? I JUST implemented squeezes into my routine and was thinking about doing 10 x 10 second uli's once a week.
Squeezes are at 5 x 5 seconds... I want to push that to 10 x 5 seconds... followed by 10 wet jelqs b/w each squeeze
bad? good?
thanks millia. And I think I'm going to break this stupid relationship off with my girlfriend who I'm in a break with. I feel like unintentionally, she's dragging this out which is so not cool
No it is not too early to begin clamping. And for now I won't give you a beginner's regimen, it might sound douchey now but just read on for my reasoning (sorry). If you haven't utilized squeezes yet then start off with those instead of jumping head first into clamping! Instead of going with one of the most intense ones, do squeezes first and start conditioning for clamping, because yes, you've done 6.7 months already which is
great, but still clamping is very uncomfortable and hard to get used to at first.
So what I'm saying is, for about another month, or 3 weeks, whatever you want. Do squeezes, and see if you gain. If you don't then I'd suggest clamping without a doubt, but if you gain from squeezes keep doing the squeezes, know what I mean?
And by 5x5 I'm guessing 5 reps at 5 seconds each?
I'd say start out doing 5 x 15 for now because that is much better for girth then 5 seconds.
What are you doing exactly? Erect squeeze, horse squeeze, uli?
And as far as the girl goes, honestly man the right one
will come along one day. It takes lots of time for some and short times for others, but you're young like I am so go and dip your stick into some golden holes and have some fun bro!
And I know what it feels like to have feelings for someone who has the kind of baggage, it's tough to just let go like that especially when you want to help, but this is a dog eat dog world, and if you're not careful you will be eaten (emotionally speaking) if that makes sense!
All the best!
