Be very, very careful with SSRIs. There are numerous foods that interact negatively with them. Red wine also, as well as cheeses, avocados, dark chocolate and trust me there are dozens more. Plus you can't even think about playing around with ecstasy or hallucinogens while taking SSRIs. All these negative interactions can persist for weeks after you stop taking a regimen of SSRIs.

Not long term, I agree - but I will say, at the risk of it being an unpopular position, that SSRIs (or similar chemicals) ABSOLUTELY WILL keep your ejaculation back and slow down your escalation to orgasm enough that you will be in control.

In my experience, if you rely on it, then it will have massive detrimental effects and health risks - serotonin syndrome etc, but, and this is a BIG IMPORTANT BUT, having HAD that experence and FELT in that much control a few times, then that's enough for you to learn how t get in that mental place WITHOUT the drug.

I won't pretend it's 100%, and I won't pretend it's the ONLY answer, or that physical factors don't play a part, but seriously, after you've fucked a few times in that place, be it chemical or not, then the confidence and personal comfort you'll get from having achieved that once or twice could EASILY be enough to crack your entire psychological game.

See I can't be sure how much of naturesucks issue(s) are physical, and how much are mental, but it's pretty obvious that even if he was physically "cured" in every way, the psychological "I'm not good enough" thing going on will CONTINUE to create the problem forever until he cracks it.
