Wow.....a guy gets a little behind on his log (computer issues!) and suddenly, all this hate comes pouring out of nowhere...

The PNF is a simple stretch where by you kegel to PC/BC exhaustion then perform three 20 second pull stretches (the middle one while holding a kegel) straight up.
The xleeve is an ADS system that consists of a soft flexible tube capped with, in my case, a 14 oz. weghted cap.

I am embarrassed to admit that I haven't properly measured in over a year so, no, I cannot quantify my gains. I can say that, without question, the PNF/Xsleeve approach has added an inch or more to my flaccid hang. (I was very much a grower and now I am more of a shower.) I will try to get myself organized and get a good BPEL measurement soon.
That said, my goals are more about high EQ and MMO than gains and in those areas, I am making excellent progress.
