Do u guys feel tingling in ur scrotum?

There was a period after I started doing these exercises (perhaps a year into it, not sure), that I was experiencing what you mentioned. I have no idea what it was, nothing was ever wrong, just a tingling sensation periodically. That lasted several months I guess, but it hasn't happened in a long time now.

I wonder if jelqing your testicles might reduce their effectiveness in sperm production since the scrotum is supposed to hang and retract given ambient temperature change to allow for optimal sperm production. If your balls hang when it's cold they may not produce as many sperm nor sperm that are as healthy. Just a thought on virility rather than aesthetics.

Larger testes may also help produce additional testosterone which would provide many benefits.

I actually got incread libido and ball size ,neither of which I was looking for. In my case they still tightned up with cold but at least didn't go internal and returned to normal hang .

I forgot to say the same thing. For example I do wish my sack would remain loose when making love to my wife, but a few seconds after she starts messing around down there I can assure you they are fully capable of pulling up tightly!!! Remember, you aren't turning your testicles into some kind of huge dangling monster, you are enlarging your testes to a degree with perhaps an inch or two of extra hang.

If massaging worked then all we would have to do to get a ripped body would be to hire a masseuse to give us body rubs. Massages are good for bringing in warm, new blood - which is not a bad thing at all - but that is only temporary. There is no video, but if you reread the opening description and apply the steps one by one as you read them, I think you will see that it is very uncomplicated and very simple to do.

My point is that massaging them is no different then how a warm day lets them hang more freely than normal - but that is only temporary. My sack hangs free now all the time, not just sometimes.

I used to do the testicle massage but have since stopped. My testicles hang lower only sometimes and over time, my testes got a little irritated to the touch. I don't know if I was doing them too hard - I'm pretty sure that I was not. I was very conscious of what I was doing. I'm going to try rbi's method

I used to do the testicle massage but have since stopped. My testicles hang lower only sometimes and over time, my testes got a little irritated to the touch. I don't know if I was doing them too hard - I'm pretty sure that I was not. I was very conscious of what I was doing. I'm going to try rbi's method

Toad I do 150 jelqs, then I do 150 "jerk jelgs", followed by 50 massaging stokes (really I just rejelg them, but for comfort purposes). The whole thing takes less than 10 minutes. I don't suggest you try that many at all initially, and I would hold off on the jerk jelgs. Also, even after several years of doing these, I only do them twice a week (rarely I did them three days). Take no less than two full days off between sessions. My sack/testes are never sore or bother me in any way, but if I over do it they will stay relatively turtled for a full day or more. They will definitely turtle when you do these, but they will start to relax in an hour or two. If you see similar results as myself, in a few weeks they will be hanging more loosely than before. As for my testes themselves gaining any size, it was not that much. I only realized they did gain in size because my sack is much looser than before and hangs lower by an inch or two, and my testes fill my sack they same way as they did when I didn't hang freely. Thus I figured if my sack is longer and my testes fill it, then they must have grown proportionality.

So i tried this and it worked. Lol my babies are hanging lower and not snug against my shaft. I hated to see my balls up cause my penis looked smaller

Well this is interesting. I was told that I had rather large balls to start with but I feel they lost some of their size in the past couple years. Think I will give this a whirl as well. Great info

Guess it is just like newbie jelqing for guys who get too erect initially. I do mine after doing my UJ routine. Do you get too hard when jelqing?

I have really tight sack about 70% of the time. This is just help it hang all the time right? I have huge balls already just a really tight scrotum. Some days it does hang nice. But more often than not I'm turtled. :( will this help with hang only?

I came up with this idea for the sole purpose of freeing my usually turtled sack. While I think I have increased my testes size a little (just a little if at all), that was not my intention at all. This exercise will lower your sack substantially. My balls still turtle if I am making love to my wife or if I am exercising intensely, but probably 90% of the time or more my sack is hanging freely.
