I am no doctor so I cannot give an opinion, because I don't know. If an urologist felt that massaging the testicles could help untwist the cord then I would be more than glad to give you more precise details on this rather "simple" exercise if you needed more info.

Sorry Dave no pictures. Lol. But sometimes I think God accidentally got the parts mixed up and made the wrong things big. Lol.

I jelq straight out, my unit is parallel to the floor. Jelq down your scrotum towards your testes (they will be pushed to the bottom of your sack). Once I reach my testes I slightly lighten my grip and jelq over and on top of them.


It says jelq straight out. Then it says jelq down. By down do you mean towards the end of your penis but straight out?

Also does this help with turkey neck?

This is a great thread. I have one testicle that is way too tight and it's starting to cause a lot of discomfort as well. I really appreciate this information on jelquing.

rbi99, this answered one of my questions. Sometimes, my wife likes my balls tight but she also liked them slapping her as well, when we are making love. I guess it just depends on how turned on a person is, genetics, how the nads feel that day, etc.

While almost, if not all of us, have one testicle higher than the other. Over the years mine haven't not "evened out" even after 1000's of jelqs. But then again that was not a goal I had in mind. My goal was for both of them to hang lower.

While there are apparently all kinds of tricks to make guys look bigger in porn, I don't know how some of them have sacks hanging free while they pound the hell out of whoever!!!

I made the above post almost two years ago. I started another thread because I increased the number of jelqs I do fairly dramatically. I initially was doing 150 TJ's, 150 Jerk TJ's, and finishing with 50 TJ's. I increased the final set to 150 a year or so ago. Recently though I have gone up to 250 TJ's, 250 Jerk TJ's, and finishing with 300 TJ's. I was always concerned about over doing things so I had never really increased my sessions until a few months ago. In that time my higher hanging testicle (my right one) is now even with my left testicle. I was pretty shocked when it happened, and it came about fairly quickly after I increased my reps. I strongly believe it is the Jerk TJ that accomplished it. The spermatic cord/cremaster muscle is shrouded by the same muscle fibers as are your biceps or triceps. The tension I put on them when I do the Jerk TJ is/was greater on the higher of the two testicles because as I came down on them it was naturally the first one I made contact with. Therefore I was pulling on it longer than my other one.

There is no normal hanging type. Some guys have a left sided testicle that is higher, others, like myself the right side is higher, and then there are just as many whose testicles naturally hang equally. Mine have been equal for several months now, and they are always equal, not just sometimes. I like how they hang/look very much now. I have a fairly large unit and having both testicles hanging equally now makes them look much larger together then when they were separate. The fact that the right one is maybe an inch lower than it used to be hasn't changed how it looks. By that I mean my entire sack looks just fine, nothing strange or out of the ordinary. The actual size of my right testicle is still smaller than my left, I am only talking about the fact they hang equally low now.

Yeah, ball jelqing is great! I've been doing it for awhile now too, and it seems to have evened the boys out, make them hang heavier as well.

Have you noticed whether or not your testes themselves have gotten larger? I have said mine are larger now, but I can't put an actual number on it like you can length or girth. I feel they are larger because my sack is hanging substantially lower then it used to (which was why I started doing these exercises), and with more sack my testes are filling them up pretty nicely. If my testes had remained the same size in a larger sack, I would think that common sense says they would appear smaller.

I've been TJing and mine increased in size 10-20%, for sure!

Have you noticed whether or not your testes themselves have gotten larger? I have said mine are larger now, but I can't put an actual number on it like you can length or girth. I feel they are larger because my sack is hanging substantially lower then it used to (which was why I started doing these exercises), and with more sack my testes are filling them up pretty nicely. If my testes had remained the same size in a larger sack, I would think that common sense says they would appear smaller.

Larger testes is a combination of genetics, exercises (like TJ's & my URO stretch, & massage), along with diet, IMO. When I had my torsion injury at 16, my Urologist commented I had considerably larger than normal balls for a 16 yo boy. I matured earlier than all my peers, so he considered that, but also said I had more growth to expect and that stretches & wearing a leather cuff or balls stretcher would not only aid in my recovery, but also likely maximize my testicle health and potential size, he believed. He kept a record of my testes growth over a 3 year period, measuring them quarterly during my recovery. He would give me a shot to completely relax my flaccid, then measure my hang and the circumference of each of my testicles. At the end of the 3 years, my balls had grown at a rate of 1.5X that of an average male of 16-19 years old would have been expected to grow, according to him. I took NO DRUGS during that time, except initially for pain & to reduce swelling due to my injury. I simply followed his instructions, doing my URO stretches and wearing a leather cuff daily and when playing sports, even sleeping. It made a significant difference in my recovery and I think boosted my testicle's potential size, especially during my teen years when I was still growing. I lived on a diet rich in fresh wild caught seafood in my boyhood. I lived near the coasts of the US all those years, and while I have no proof, I think my diet rich in natural minerals & omega 3 likely had an effect on my larger testicles development as well. Just my thoughts on the subject....

Oh Yeah for sure!

No doubt in my mind. They look bigger, feel bigger and harder, hang lower and feel alot heavier now as well. I've never doubted ball jelqing and stretching one bit. I love my big balls now haha. Always had them large naturally, this has only improved them.

Changing things up again. Since I increased my TJ's several months ago the most dramatic change is the fact that my right testicle which has always been higher than my left one is now down to the same length as the left one. I have given it some thought and feel that the reason for the lengthening of my right testicle is more from the JerkTJ's then the overall increase in total number of reps both TJ's and JerkTJ's. With that in mind I changed up my routine once more. I'm now doing 150 TJ's, 300 JerkTJ's and then another 150 TJ's to finish everything off. I want to lower my sack a little more and I believe adding JerkTJ's will accomplish that.

I lowered my right testicle hang at least a full inch if not more. Since I reached equal hanging height several months ago, they have remained that way ever since. Because this was a real, not a perceived change, I am confident I can get both of them together to hang maybe an inch lower still. For the upteenth time, I am not looking for freakish things, just a better, but natural lower hanging sack.

Have to say though that 300 JerkTJ's is very tiring. I am pretty sure that even if everyone's sack could handle 300 of them in a row, a lot of guys would tire out well before reaching that number. I am not a fan of sets when it comes to PE. PE is not weight lifting. However, some might have to do a certain number, take a small break, then finish up.

I can't overemphasis enough - take care when doing these. I have done thousands of them, and because I am extremely careful I have never injured myself in the least bit. Like any other exercise, practice, practice, practice before going into a full session.

I have been jelqing my testicles 2weeks now with your routine, my balls starting to hang lower than they usually do.
I have question about followed by 50 massaging jelqs.
How do i perform these?
