I can get a better stretch when bundled when not kegelling, so I'm doing my kegels/RK throughout the day instead. The pump was AWESOME! It felt really good (and looks impressive too). I could detach the pump and walk around the house with the cylinder still on. I used a bit of petroleum jelly for the seal, but it was a bit messy afterwards. I also hurt a spot on my ball sack, but maybe that was the hair removing cream/shaving combined with pumping/petroleum jelly/cream etc. Last night's session was probably on the heavier side, at least for me so far. I had great nite and morning wood and was really horny. Flaccid today is pretty chubby.

It will be hard to resist that pump, but I at least need to let my sack heal. I've done a fairly heavy routine for the last three days. Almost the end of the month so I might take some more progress pics on the weekend. I measured early about a week ago so I feel like skipping pics for a month actually. I've got a good feeling about the end of October :)

So yesterday was indeed a rest day. I had great morning wood and nite wood, my ballbag is healed and I'm ready to go for more PE :)

28th September 2011:
This morning (whilst playing Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood ;))
Warm up 10 minutes
A few minutes of basic stretches
15 min @ 4 Hg
Shower warm down and some dry jelqs

Going to do a full session tonight. I'm very happy with the pump. I can get it going and then just let it do it's thing and multitask. Great!

Some good stuff here man !! Keep doing it you will gain and I like that you a keep a good eye on your PI's. You know what I think PI's are the most important aspect of PE besides warming up. If you don't keep track of your PI's how is anyone going to gain??

Thats why I have a PI chart to help me and to help others. Good Luck man will be stopping by every now and then to see how you are doing.

Hey thanks Danner! I got quite a bit of inspiration from your log about being in the right zone for stretching and I started regularly measuring BPFSL after reading your log too. Your PI recording is much better than mine. I've been thinking about making a worksheet for myself to make it simple, so I could just tick, or right the number of reps, seconds, ratings easily next to various exercises and PI's. Your chart sounds great.

PI's. Nice hang, didn't notice morning wood, but could easily get to full erection manually. Very horny. Will take another rest day tomorrow.

Doing my kegels throughout the day. Around 100 or so. I do 9 quick ones then hold the tenth, then do a long reverse kegel.

I did a less intense routine, as I'm feeling some fatigue in my willy.

I left the heated wheat bag around the cylinder and it felt really good. And I broke the drought with the wife later too. Didn't last very long though :eek: I'll make up for it this weekend. Long weekend too, three days off :)

I had a great workout last night, and will write it up later. It's about that hard vein that comes up. I did an edging session afterwards and was continually massaging the base of my shaft, and it felt really positive and made it go away, even though the I was doing it firmly. I'm wondering if the vein gets hard sometimes because it's being pinched by growing tunica or ligaments moving into new positions, so massaging it like this feels like I'm getting it to settle into it's changing environment.

Hi Yiagos, I generally follow 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off cycle, so it's generally 2 days off per week. I'm thinking of changing to a consistent 2 on 1 off cycle, because I'm doing some more heavy exercises. When I start hanging (I really want to get it sorted today!) it will be different, and I'll still be hanging some weight on rest days too.

I've been doing PE Since the 20th June this year. I know I'm probably starting some things sooner than others (or what's recommended), especially hanging. But I wanted to start hanging as soon as I found out about PE, so waiting three months has been an act in patience as it is. I'm trying to be balanced and careful about it, but still make good progress, like my motto: Make Haste Slowly

For starters, all I want to know is if hanging is actually feasible for me. So I'll do the wrap and all that, see if I can attach the hanger retracted, and if not, I have to decide whether I'm willing to stretch more skin to hang non-retracted. I'm uncut so I'm not super keen to have more foreskin.

I have my muzzle hanger ready now by the way. I have two pairs of velco strips attached very securely. My wife did it on the sewing machine and It looks great :Cool2:

I finally set my muzzle hanger up and I'm very happy with it. I was able to hang retracted and should be able to proceed without stretching too much extra skin. I tested 2kg briefly and that was fine.

Warm up 15 minutes (made a new rice sock with rice and flaxseed)
Hang 20 min @ 600g
Stretches: SD, BTC L & R 60 seconds
Bundled SO x 2 with 25 kegels each half turn
10 x 2 rotary stretches medium fast pace + 10 sec helis
Flaccid bends 30 sec x 4, 3 fingers
Flaccid bends 30 sec x 4, 2 fingers + 10 sec helis
SD 2 minutes
BPFSL 7¼"
Warm up 5-10 min then 20 min @ 5 Hg

I started out very light with the hanging weight, letting myself get used to not just the hanging, but wearing the whole contraption. I still feel like a got a decent stretch with only 600g (is that about 1⅓ lb?) To be honest, it was my wife that I insisted I start with such a light weight :eek:

Xitemem, just checked out your log. Impressive. Keep it up. I'm like
you. I've been PEing for 4 month or so. I'm going to start wearing
a hanger a lot under loose fitting clothing. I just finished tweaking mine
and I love it so far. Today I'm off, rest day. I'm just using a very light
weight (fishing weight) that I attached to a rubbery thing I brought
(I don't know what to call it). It fits on the end of the penis and you're
supposed to use a chest strap for tension, but I hated it and fitted a
little fishing weight on it. I will be doing a more detailed workout 3x
a week, and using the hanger other time. I'll keep looking at how your doing.
I liked the thread of yours about cell growth. It makes sense to me.

). That muzzle hanger I made cost me about $10. Well actually $16 because the first muzzle I got was too small. I'm uploading some pics of it now.

4th October 2011: rest day

Here's a new comparison pic. It looks funny with the skin being squished against the ruler. I think I'll wait until I get to 6¾" to make another one of these. I think it's good to have a photo log to look back on, but actually taking the photos is not that fun. You gotta get your maximum boner then hold it, jam the damn ruler in to the pubic bone, get the camera with your other hand, make sure it's got focus on your dick and not on the coffee table, take the shot one handed (make sure you don't move the camera when you press the button or it will be blurred) and hope you haven't gone down one fraction of an inch in the process. Not as easy as it sounds!

So I don't know if that 20 min pumping I did last night is enough to skew girth measurements unfairly, but I was happy to see it back up to 4¾" this morning. I know it's not cemented, but I hope to keep it from going backwards.

5th October 2011: on.

Morning wood. It felt bigger in my hand when waking up this morning. I should have measured girth again after the longer rest period, but I got the pump ready, put it on, then I remembered about measuring, and just couldn't be bothered getting up and wanted to just get on with the job.

Warm up: 10 minutes
Pump 20 min @ 4 Hg
Edit: 20 reps of the squeeze (forgot about that :eek:)

Tonight I'll do some more hanging, maybe go up to 1 kg now :)

Flaccid hang today is pretty good. I need to do some more firegoat rolls though, especially after warm up, because that's when I think it is most effective. Sometimes he looks a bit too tanned. Also, I don't know if I'm just paying it more attention, but it seems like the skin when it's flaccid has deeper wrinkles, and even new wrinkles too. It kind of looks quite interesting, and it goes away with an erection or even a semi. Anyway, I bought some Vitamin E enriched cocoa butter, and will try and remember to keep using that morning and night.

By the way, I'm playing the new Gears of War 3 at the moment and really enjoying it. So FUN!! Playin' and pumpin' ;)

Hey Danner, I'm doing well mate, and it's very nice of you to stop by and check :)

Going to get some more hanging in tonight, and up the weight to 2 pounds. Nice and easy does it. If I go too much too soon my wife will kick my arse anyway. I like how she is protective of my willy.

Had some interesting thoughts about girth today and I think there's a routine for myself bubbling away in the back of my head. Still got to practice the wrapping though because it was slightly crooked last time.

Man I decided to stop my hanging ideas, actually I don't PE much as in the past. My life is changing; thus not much free time for PE, Internet etc...

I tried the second hang without rewrapping and it fell off, so I unwrapped, did some stretches, and put the wrap but on a bit higher and made sure I was more retracted, and then it went very nicely. It helps to start ever so slightly plumped, so the head size acts as a bit of a stopper. There's a few tricks to this with being uncircumsized, but there's definately advantages as well. With 1 kg I felt a nice stretch and there's is virtually zero skin pulling at the base of my penis. I'm very happy about that because it basically means I get to skip the initial skin stretching stage and go straight to (hopefully) gaining actual shaft length.

6th October 2011: on

Morning:
15 minutes warm up
Pump 20:00 @ 4 Hg

Strong morning wood and night wood. Flaccid hang today is good. I mean it's not incredible, it's just normal really. But if I touch him in the slightest way he instantly plumps up, and if I do a couple of JAIs he'll stay in an extended position for some time. Feeling good. I'm going to go ahead and say PI's VERY GOOD :)
