Comments:
There was a lot of swelling with the bathmate. So pumping for 10 Minutes i get no swelling but at 20 Minutes the swelling is insane. I'll try pumping for 15 today and see if there is any swelling or not.

Comments:
Moderate swelling from the bathmate. SO 10 Minutes seems to be the best time to avoid swelling. maybe I'll start doing 10 Minutes then break.. then another 10 Minutes. Ejaculated 3 times today.. wow. Slightly disappointing but dont really care as much. Which is good thing(the not caring part). The less stress the more testosterone available to my body. I've gained a little bit in the past 5 days.. which is amazing. Since I didnt gain anything in the first 22 days or so of this month. But I am not sure how much. I'll be sure in about 4 days when I do an official measurement again.

Thanks schlittle! i am kind of excited to see how much I gained because everything I gained this month were in the past 5 days and If the gains are close to .1", then I am going to continue doing what i am doing and the next month could be pretty for my gains.

Almost reached 165mm in the bathmate. Had a decent amount of swelling. I am went crazy with the ejaculation lately. Came 3 times 2 day before and twice yesterday. I need to slow it down again.

Hi Wanthis, i notice you do bundled stretches.. i also do them occasionally and i can only get half a turn in mine..so how much of a turn do you get in yours?

yeah man... as far as our ejaculation convo goes... lol! you might be over doing it.

I like to think everything needs to be cycled so like youve alot of cumming lately so cut it back to 1-2x times a week for a few weeks then hit every workout for a few weeks off and on..

just my theory, I tend to do it based on my EQ(flaccid hang, horniness, night wood)

Lol yea i can only get a half turn too! I am not sure how effective these bundled things are. They feel intense but the penis itself does not seem to me stretching the way just a regular stretch feels.

Hahah Yea I was defnitely over doing it.. all of a sudden I went into overdrive with that lol. Ever since I started PE I would only ejaculate one every 7-12 days, but last week I went a little out of control with it. I guess I was just too horny. Definitely cutting it back again

Reasons for growth:
My glans girth increased throughout the month. But the .125" length gain happened between day 173-176. I had no length gains before that. The last ten days I changed my routine so that on my usual off days I was doing my stretch routine and the bathmate..therefore I only had one day completely off during the week. I wish I would gain some girth. But that is not happening for some reason. But I am attributing the glans girth to the consistent use of the bathmate. The length gain was probably due to some sort of a shock after i started using the bathmate almost every day followed by some brief edging to fill up the newly expanded dick.

Haha thank you! Wow I really hope so. It would be so amazing to gain that quickly! especially since I just found something out that was quite disheartening. I have been measuring length with a tape measure, so to be more accurate I decided to use the wooden ruler. I am half an inch off! There is .25" difference between the tape measure and the ruler and I guess when I take the BPEL measurement, the tape bends a little bit at the base giving me another .25". So I am actually only 6.125" . Oh well, I guess I'll just have to work on it a little longer than expected.

On the brightside you've still gained 0.65" since you first started and with your PE dedication you are bound to gain a lot more over this next year. :) Also you've still got an impressive NBP (so that's good) and your fat pad is probably smaller than the 0.5" you thought it was (so that's good). :) And you still did gain 0.125" in 3-4 days so let's hope that you are in a golden phase were your gains start to come much quicker. :)

Yea it was a pretty demoralizing experience. But you are absolutely right about everything else. So I am not really sad anynmore. I am only .375" away from my previous 6.5" now. And If my golden period continues then I'll only be .125" away from the 6.5" and even if it doesn't I'll only be .25" away. So it's all good.

You're honestly one of the most positive people I have ever met. You radiate positivity! and it influences everyone. Definitely makes me more positive. So thank you for that!
