Wow Wanthis, 20lb weight gain in 3.5 months is phenominal! :yikes: Is that mostly muscle and have you retained a six pack? And how often do you train your body in a week and what sort of exercises have you been doing? I'm sorry about all the questions but i'm really impressed. :)

I was very impressed myself. I think the most important thing I focused on was nutrition. I increased my calories from 2500 to 3500... and I started to gain about a pound per week. Then eventually I noticed that my percent body fat was going up.. it was 8% initially, but now It had become 12%.. So I did some research and calcualtions and figured out that I actually need 3000 calories at my current body weight and exercise level to keep gaining muscle mass without over compensating. So I made the change and started doing an hour of eliptical every night for 2 weeks. I dropped my percent body fat back to 8% and dropped about only 4 pounds. Since then I have gained another 1-2 pounds. So the net gain still remains about 18 lbs while precent body fat remains within 8-9%. And yes I've still retained my six pack. I work out chest and back on mondays(mostly chest), biceps/triceps/shoulders on wednesday, legs on thursdays, and some back a little bit of abs on fridays. I also do about 15-30 min cardio about 3-4 days a week. I also Want to start doing some yoga once a week too to increase my flexibility.

I honestly love the shape I'm in right now and I love the fact that I found a way to keep progressing. It keeps in a such a great psychological state. And the fact that people notice too is the icing on the cake. And all of that makes me not worry much about my dick at all. It's almost like I'm at peace

I've deleted my last response to your post because it was pretty long.

Thanks for outlining your routine Wanthis and i'm really pleased you've now got the body you've always wanted. :) Infact i've never trained my body over an entire week before so because i'm older and i probably need more rest to grow, starting from yesterday i'm following your lead and i've split my bodyparts over the whole week: yesterday was chest, triceps, forearms, today was back, biceps, forearms, tomorrow rest, and on Wednesday i don't know whether to train just legs or put shoulders with legs, then rest thurs, Fri, Sat.

And definately do yoga for flexibility because being non flexible makes a person feel stiff and old. :(

Awww I never got to read your last post! I never feel the need to come on this site anymore. So I dont show up for a few days at a time. Yea I never used to split my body parts like that. i used to work out 3 days a week and that was it. But splitting it like this, each body part gets a much larger workload and at the same time gets a longer break. It has definitely given me better results than the 3 days a week routine.

You could always take out the forearms on the first day and do shoulders that day instead. The thing with shoulders is that, it is the most neglected part of the body. Infact I never trained it till I went on my body part a day type routine. The shoulder connect your arms to your chest and back and you use your shoulders for everything. If you are getting adequate rest between back/biceps and legs, you could do shoulders with the legs. Its all about balancing your routine.

Also yoga can be very beneficial sexually ;)

You missed nothing with my deleted post it was tedious. And popping on here only every so often is best because this place can be addictive.

When you did 3 days a week routine was different bodyparts split over those 3 days or did you do 3 full body workouts on each of those days?

And i've slightly changed my workout by including my shoulders on my chest and Triceps day (dropped forearms that day). I did that yesterday (Saturday) and Monday will be back and Biceps and Wednesday legs (rest other days).

When i trained my chest yesterday (after 6 days rest) i was a few reps stronger so the extra rest obviously did me good (i'm glad i followed your advice :)).

And on my first ever log i sometimes wrote that my edging material that day was naked contortionists :p so from some of the great positions they were getting into i could well imagine yoga being awesome sexually. :D

Yup this place can definitely be addicitve and thoughts about your own penis can lead to an obsession.

When I did those 3 day workouts. i used to do chest, back, and maybe biceps on mondays and fridays. And wednesdays I only did legs and some cardio.

And yes thats great! As you keep pushing yourself, you'll find things that really work for you and make you get stronger.

I'm just going to copy and paste what I have been unto from schlittles thread:

I wanted to share this new plan I have. It's kind of hard to implement with school and work, but this is what it looks like. I would like to pump multiple times a day, every few hours, but only for 5 minutes. My actual pumping routine would be the only time when I pump longer that 5 minutes. I was thinking doing so would keep reinforcing the maximum stretched state in terms of length and girth. I want to accompany this by 2 edging sessions per day starting at 10 minutes.. this would also reinforce the enlarged state. And then i want to wear my extender whenever I can.. but that would only end up being for 3-4 hours in a day. It would keep me in stretched state for a little longer. All of this would be accompanied by STS stretches and a handful of squeezes 3 times a week

Also I have decided to work on the appearance of my dick. I remember I was using this cream right after my little hanging stint for a month. And It made my dick get 3 shades lighter. So I am going to use that and I have been researching essential oils and I am going to make my self an oil combination that prevents and helps with bruising as well as lightens the skin. I also read that arnica cream is extremely effective with bruising.
