Wasn't very horny today. Flaccid still only average.1st Meditation session not great either, but my second session was great. I am pretty sure i was able to get a semi. Need to get back on top of things this sunday. Tomorrow is another rest day and I will be doing my monthly measurement.

So I did my 5 month measurement today. good EQ was really hard to come by today for some reason. But I still went ahead and measured.

Day 1:
BPEL:~ 6.00"
NBPEL:~5.5"
MEG: 4.5"
BEG: 4.25"

Day 90:
BPEL: 6.25"
NBPEL:5.75"
MEG: 4.625"
BEG: 4.375"
Girth Below Glans: 4.375"
Glans girth: 4"

Day 120:
BPEL: 6.375"
NBPEL:5.875"
MEG: 4.625"
BEG: 4.5"
Girth Below Glans: 4.375"

Day 151:
BPEL: 6.5"

Comments:
So Length improved by .125", top girth .125", and glans girth by .25" in this past month. I feel like my glans girth could be slightly more if it filled up with blood a bit more. But it doesnt for some reason. it's always softer and even when I kegel it noticably increases i girth(.125"), but still stays soft. I have never made huge length gains like some people do. i haven't even gained .25" in a month. I gain about .1-.125" a month. My gains have been less than stellar but they have been steady none the less. if I keep on gaining just .1" a month, I should be at BPEL 7.2" by the end of the year.

1) Do you Kegel Erect or Flaccid & how many kegels a day (not precisely but approximately)?
2) Do you Edge often & if so,how many mins a day bro?
3) Do you stimulate yourself often...if so do you ejaculate afterwards & approximately how many times monthly?

Sorry for the stupid questions bro,but i need them desperately for a research i'm doing lately based on what i know and what i should learn further as to gain results! :)

Hey man thanks! I do take a few supplements. I take ZMA and Green tea extract. I also use whey protein which has quite a lot of amino acids in it. I also just ordered L-arginine and L-lysine the other day.

1)I kegel every time I get erect. Or atleast I try to and I do as many reps as I can while erect. I also used to do a routine before where I did 10 X15 second kegels every other day. Now I just restarted a routine a week ago where I do 5X 30 second Kegels. These routine kegels I do flaccid. I am aiming for 5X50 second kegels.

Flaccid hang improved a bit today a couple hours after my jelqs and squeezes. I wonder if it's the longer squeeze holds that lead to the nicer hang. Also had 2 good meditation sessions today. Also I used magnesium sulfate(epsom salt) with the bathmate today and applied magnesium ascorbyl phosphate skin toner with my usual bio oil after the workout. I am going continue with the magnesium sulfate, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate in addition to the bio oil that i've already been using. I am also going to add magnesium chloride oil to the mix soon.

Okay so wednesday night I found out that my ex has a new boyfriend :( so I went to bed all sad and what not. So I haven't been in the best psychological condition since then. But that news hasn;t crippled me like the break up did. Anyways.. I usually come back home from my rotations, eat and then take a nap before hitting the gym. Last Night I woke up at 3AM really confused. I usually dont wake up in the middle of the night like that unless woken up by a noise or someone. So I this made me really really confused. On top of that I couldn't remember going to the gym or eating dinner before falling asleep. So I got up to get a glass of water when I finally realized that I never woke up from the nap. it was really odd because that's never happened to me before. Maybe it was a defense mechanism. A way of hiding from reality. Who knows.But that's the reason I missed PE last night. I also had a wet dream as well. Usually I wake up while I'm having an orgasm. This time I didn't. So after I got my glass of water I went to go take a piss and some ejaculate came out and I looked down inside my boxers and saw that it was all wet and sticky. It was a really odd night.

And you must've been sleeping really deeply because when i've had wet dreams in the past i always got woken up when i was about to cum (lol all too late). :eek: On the bright side at least you wasn't sleeping naked when you had your wet dream (lol could have been VERY messy for the person who washes your bedsheets). :D
