Yes Pegasus I don't think my pelvic floor is relaxed enough, so I have a routine of reverse kegels, but I find these are difficult as I will reverse kegel while masturbating, but then immediately come out of the reverse kegel with an uncontrolable regular kegel. Guess my reverse kegels just need more work, but I find I can control my pelvic muscles a little bit while im not that excited (level 5 or 6) by just consciously lowering my stomach.
blulite: Thanks for the advice, and I'll try very hard not to excite my self so much that I get this precum in the first place because I know I can avoid it. The fact that it only took you just over a month to overcome your problem is really inspiring, as I find myself getting just a little down now a days when I hear my friends talk about when they've had sex :/
Also I know this probably won't help, and I will be sticking to my reverse/reg kegel excersise and edging routine but the question still lingers in my mind: If I were to "ignore" the problem, and not have any sex or masturbate for an extended period of time (say 6 months or so) is it possible that my body could forget the fast habits I've learned. I'm not going to try it cause it could just be a waste of 6 months when my cure could just be that same time away, but it is just a thought that I wondered what other peoples opinions on the matter would be.
A Kid a more informed and hopeful thanks to Pegasus and blulite
