Im going to be doing my exercises later on right before work. Wanted to post that the hang is still good and going to change up my log layout and this post will be the layout i will adhere to for better observation
Exercises:
3 min meditation
10 min warm up
1 min stretches L,D,R,U,O
100 jelqs
60 vjleqs
3x30 (sec) Horse squeezes
3x20(sec) Erect squeezes
10 min warm down
1 mintue massage
5 min meditation
Positive PI's: Great hang afterwards, super large veins, no fatigue,
Negative PI's: None
Meditation length: 8 min overall
Effects of Meditation: larger penis before contact, great blood flow, super loose
Gains so far: BPEL 6.5 +.5" EG 5.5" +.75
Starting stats: BPEL 6" EG 4.75"

Closing statement: Had a good workout i believe i can push the guy harder. since i didn't do my edging this time im up my v jelqs to 100 and add the edging!
