Well we're 2-0 down because of some terrible defending, the back four just look uninterested (I say we because I hate united! :) )

All the best with the new routine Diesel, it looks like a good one. Are you going solely for girth still with the technique described in R's routine or a combination?

Well my friend.....No more FA cup, no more UEFA champions league....BUT we still have some hard work ahead of us in the premier league. Wasn't overly impressed with the gunners offense today. Very few quality shots on goal that were no match for Van der sar's incredible goalkeeping. Really hoping for some great performances for the next few weeks of the EPL to make up for the past few weeks of sub par matches.

I'm going to try for both length and girth with this new routine. If I keep my erection level somewhere in the middle and focus on quality jelq strokes, I should hopefully be able to achieve a bit of both. It's unfortunate how often I've had to switch my routines up, but I'm hoping that eventually things just click. Thanks for checking in my man. Hope you're doing well.

3/14/11 (R's Routine Day 2)

8 minute rice sock warm up
8 minute dry jelq
8 minute rice sock warm down
Kegels and Stamina later

*two fish oil caps, six cups green tea*

Day 2 of new routine. First session was about 7 minutes of continuous quick, light dry jelqs, with an additional minute being added to today's session. Was quickly reminded of how much I've missed jelqing over the past few months, so I'm quite happy to be back at it. Woke up today with raging morning wood, but my flaccid (post workout) was a bit smaller than normal (temporarily). My plan is to add an additional minute to my jelqs every 2 workouts. Big Al has suggested I begin this routine on a three on four off schedule initially, then, based on my progress, determine whether I should add additional days to that. This routine is called "R's routine" and is essentially a light intensity, higher volume routine which, once conditioned a bit more, will eventually have me dry jelqing for up to an hour a day. Next update will be on Wednesday.

Hey Diesel, When you jelq do you point prependiclar or down. I find that when I point down I get better expansion and plus my turkey neck get in the way. How many seconds are your jelqs??

Hey, Danner! With this routine, it's suggested that I jelq upwards, however, that feels a bit unnatural for me so I've been jelqing straight out with a bit of a downward angle. I'm not 100% sure how many seconds each stroke is, but if I had to guess, I'd say a little under 2 seconds. This routine is more about quick, light jelqs rather than slower, more intense strokes. Yeah When I try to do the upwards jelq it is very difficult for me because of my TK. Instead I do a straight down jelq plus I get to jelq my whole shaft this way. I still have to use to hands during my JELQ.Good luck on your new routine!! I will be checking on your progress.

Ahhh UYN....you're quite the observant one :)

I actually did my first workout last Friday just because I was so excited to get started...not really counting it though. Bravo for picking up on that though, uyn.

Pretty good workout today. Still working on finding which erection level I find most effective for the dry jelqs. So far I seem to get the most expansion at around 60% which should target both length and girth. I'm going to contact Big Al this weekend after I take some measurements after one full week of working out to decide whether to add an extra couple days to this routine. Next update will be Friday.

Really great workout today! Have re-found my jelqing rhythm which has made my workouts more effective and comfortable again. Missed my stamina work today since I had a lot of things going on during the afternoon. Off for the rest of the weekend except for some much needed edging and kegel work tomorrow. Hahaha yes my friends....dry jelqs! They are quick, light and seem to be quite effective so far. The routine was suggested by Big Al and has been very successful for some members over at mecoach. At first it was a bit awkward doing my jelqs without any sort of lube, but after the first session, I actually enjoyed the fact that there was zero clean up. I've also noticed a really plump flaccid after the dry jelqs which makes me very happy. I'll keep you all updated on my progress.... and your support is greatly appreciated.

I somehow feel that dry jelqs are halfhearted since I am not able to jelq the entire shaft, but it could be that I have done them incorrectly. Good that you feel they are working for you, and yes; the clean up is a bother sometimes.

Pretty good workout this morning. Woke up with nice morning wood today followed by a semi plump flaccid. Took a quick measurement during my edging session and came up with 6.62 bpel which is up from my 6.5 bpel that I last averaged with. Not sure if this is an actual gain or due to the fact that I haven't masturbated in days and had a pretty incredible EQ. I'll take a couple more measurements over the next few days. I've learned my lesson....I NEVER get too excited about one time measurements as they've let me down numerous times in the past :) Hahah. Off from my routine tomorrow except for some stamina work during the day. I have to make it a point to do my stamina work 7 days a week in order to improve my bad case of PE.

Thanks for stopping by, heretogrow. This is not a cementing routine, but is considered a light intensity, high volume routine which has been used successfully by members at mecoach. You have to keep in mind that I've only been doing this routine for just about two weeks which is why I'm only doing 9 minutes of dry jelqs. Every two workouts, I'll increase the time by a minute.....Eventually, the gentleman who created this routine ended up doing his jelqs for over an hour a day!! So yeah, this routine gradually gets more intense as the length of the workouts gradually increases. Thanks for the support, and good luck to you as well.

Really great workout today! In fact, the jelqs I did today may have been some of the better ones I've done since early on in JP's routine. I decided to add some lube to my jelq stroke since during my last workout I had some minor chaffing issues. The lube helped cut back on the turkey neck as well which gets rather annoying.

Woke today with really great morning wood and have had a decent, plump flaccid all afternoon.

Off this weekend except for edging and kegel work.
