Really great workout today. Made sure to work on perfect form while maintaining just the right erection level to make each jelq perfect. Flaccid hang has been much better lately and my cock is more vascular when erect, too. One thing I have noticed that I haven't paid much attention to since beginning PE is that my penis is much darker these days than when I first started.....it looks far more bad ass :) Off day tomorrow except for some stamina work. Next update will be on Wednesday. Cheers

My penis is much darker as well, before it was a shade darker, now it looks like it belongs to somebody else in comparison to the rest of my complexion :p

Good workout yesterday. Jelqs felt perfect and my penis is starting to feel larger in my hands which is always a nice feeling. Off today except for some edging later. Next update will be tomorrow.

Just realized that this has been the longest stretch of time I've gone without updating my log since beginning PE! Wow. Just to keep everyone updated....I HAVE been doing my workouts and keeping track of them in my notebook, but for some reason have forgotten to post them here.

Starting today, after taking the advice of BigAL, I'm dropping all enlargement exercising and focusing my attention to the much more important issue at hand: STAMINA. I will be performing a focused kegel routine and start and stop work 5 days a week until I notice so improvement to my stamina which is seriously lacking due to a pretty bad case of PE. I expressed my concern of losing my size gains to BigAl who assured me that I shouldn't lose anything if I'm performing my stamina work properly.

Since there won't be near as much to post each time I update my log, I'm considering doing my updates on Friday for the entire week rather than daily. This is just an idea as of now, I might feel lost without my daily updates in which case I'll be back to daily updating. I'll keep my followers posted. Wish me luck!

I was wondering where you disappeared to D. As long as you jolt everything down in your notebook and then come here and write it up, I guess it's all good, because you will still keep track of everything quite well. PE= Premature Ejaculation? If so, I didn't know you were troubled with this, and also thought your STU has been helping?

Yeah, UYN, that's the type of PE I'm referring to unfortunately. Been struggling with this for years and have ruined many potential relationships due to it and the anxiety that comes with it. The STU does work for me, but I have to use it every single day. If I miss one day with the STU, it seems as though I'm back to square one. As much as I'd like to get more gains in size, I REALLY have to get over this PE first so that I can actually enjoy something of a sex life while I'm still relatively young. Thanks for checking in though, brother.

8 minute rice sock warm up
40 erect kegels (5 second holds)
20 minutes manual edging
8 minute rice sock warm down

Spoke with Big Al yesterday about my issues regarding my stamina, and I must say, I'm beyond excited about this routine and the potential it has to completely change my life. I've been struggling with PE for about 8 years in which time I've ruined countless potential relationships, and have developed anxiety about anything sexual. TODAY is the first step towards getting my life back to the way it once was and finally being able to enjoy sex again.

The 40 kegels were done nearly 100% erect and were held for 5 seconds each. I took very short breaks after every 5 kegels in order to get my erection level back up to 100%. I plan to increase reps by one or two kegels per session in the same way I gradually increased intensity during jelqing.

With edging, I plan to rotate between manual start and stop work (hands only) and STU assisted start and stops (fleshlight STU) every workout. Today I took the manual approach and lasted exactly 20 minutes. Tomorrow will be an STU session which, in the past, have been really quick sessions.

I'm 100% on board with this routine and I'm really excited about the new approach. I'll keep you all updated on my progress as I have all along. Thanks for the support as usual. You guys are the best.

4/23/11 (Stamina workout #2)

8 minute rice sock warm up
41 erect kegels (5 second holds)
6 minutes STU edging session (Time is duration of thrusting only, no breaks included)
8 minute rice sock warm down

Added one additional kegel to today's workout which is the plan for all my workouts to come. Was able to get a full six minutes of thrusting in today with my STU. This may not seem like much, but for me, it's an improvement. Granted, I had to stop very often and wait for the PONR to subside, but without including the breaks I took; six minutes of actual thrusting isn't too bad. I was battling involuntary kegels the entire time. Looking forward to those being a thing of the past!! I will use yesterdays 20 minutes of manual edging, and today's 6 minutes with the STU as my baseline which I should be trying to improve upon every workout. For example: On monday during my manual edging session, I'll attempt to last longer than 20 minutes. On Tuesday, I'll try and beat my 6 minute mark with the STU. This gradual increase in intensity should be just what I need to make the necessary improvements to my stamina. Off tomorrow from kegels and edging. Next update will be on Monday.

To all my friends at the gym.

This will be my last post on my progress log. Without getting into too much detail, I'm making some changes to the way I live and the person I am, and unfortunately, the gym doesn't fit into those plans. This in no way has anything to do with the way the place is run and the members who participate and certainly not the idea of PE. I had an awakening this past weekend which opened my eyes to the truly important things in my life and what my focus should be on. I will check in periodically to see how the friends I've made over the past year are doing, but for now, I bid you farewell. I truly hope you all find the happiness you deserve. You've all been really great to me, and you will be missed. Until next time.
