NOt really sure how this works... ie. I don't get the instructions.

  1. Lay on you side.
  2. Put your flaccid penis between your legs. (ummm? like a sandwich?)
  3. Shuv a pillow up a against your ding dong to keep it in place. (huh?)
  4. Now and then switch to the other side.
  5. Try to do these in 20 minute segments like adds or hanging.

I am addicted to these now.. do them when I fall asleep, watching TV, when I'm driving..

I only use the pillow at night between my upper thighs.. when you place your penis your penis between your legs, try to tuck it back between your ass cheeks, or under the back of one of your upper legs.. basically keeps it warm and stretched out.

I'm a bit confused on what to do as well, especially since I've seen two different ways posted.

Are we supposed to go all Buffalo Bill on our things and stretch/tuck it as far back as we can, or do we stretch it out and pretty much "clamp" it between our legs parallel holding the stretch out?

Either way, I don't get where a pillow would come into play, and if a pillow is indeed necessary, would a heated rice sock be a better option?

Yeah don't sandwich your dick in between your legs but pull it between your legs, the pillow isn't really a necessity.

The goal here is to stretch the ligaments while simultaneously warming your shlong.

Bed fowfers goes like this:
You lay on your side with your legs spaced a little apart. (legs and body should be at around a 130-140 degree angle)
Now your reach behind you and through your legs.
Grab your flacid penis and pull it as far along your ass crack as possible. (your balls should stay in front)
Clench your ass to hold it in place for a little bit.
Put your legs together
Now straighten your body about a straight angel (180 degrees)
you should feel at the base of your penis. You can release that ass clench now.
after about 20 some odd minutes turn over and stretch it around the other side of your testicles.
same drill as before. Hope this clears things up a little.

When you figure them out you will love them! They are great for flacid hang and even help warmup the penis.

if you go to the gym and work out and get muscular. Do you think that you'll never have to work out again?
Maintenance is the key to a great body and by relation a great penis.

Even when you reach your goals you will probably need to do a light maintenance routine a couple times a week to keep the maximum gains.

Is is correct to assume then if you completely stop you will revert back, but not all the way. Yet some people have lost nothing (for vairous reasons) and some loose quick. Either way some sort of maintenance cementing has to be part of it..

I am getting ahead of myself, I have to gain first, HA.

Cementing the gains is well... as strange as it sounds kind of an idiom.
If you keep the rest of your body healthy you wont have to worry much about loosening your gains. I'm was saying your body inevitably ages and your penis along with it.
A small portion of the observable growth is always temporary. When some people quit PE over time they loose the temporary and they are left with their "permanent gains". No matter what you do if you quit PE entirely there will be a small loss over time. You wont necessarily keep loosing, but why not take the time to respect your member and give it some maintenance.

that makes a lot of sense. I enjoy working out and will be adding PE hopefully for the time to come. I figure I am at the age where the concept of 'look after your body and your body will look after you."

So one hour work outs and one hour pe for a total to 2hrs a day of physical activity which is good cause all I do is sit and stare at a comp all day.
