It is very important to keep doing PE even after reaching your goal. Maybe not so intensive and regularly, but just a little bit is needed. It is just like with bodybuilding, once you stop, it will not have pleasant effect

maybe don't stretch it as far, you should feel a pull not a pain. There should not be pain in PE.When I do it, it hurts for some reason....
It's okay to feel pain in the skin occasionally but not in the penis itself. I've always had absolutely terrible flaccid hang until I started doing fowfers. It's been less than a month and my flaccid hang has improved by about an inch and morning wood is almost daily.yeah, I think maybe it's the thighs pulling on the skin... the skin at the base.
Constantly seems a little excessive, but flaccid gains really only applies to it's neutral state. Ie:nice!
SO are the gains in flaccid really permanent or the result of constantly working it...ie it stays looser?
