It is very important to keep doing PE even after reaching your goal. Maybe not so intensive and regularly, but just a little bit is needed. It is just like with bodybuilding, once you stop, it will not have pleasant effect :)

I use my extender for an hour twice a night. I follow up each routine with bed fowfers for about an hour, usually sleeping for most of the hour. It keeps my flaccid warm and stretched (never let it turtle). When I finish the fowfers, I usually press my "enhanced" unit against my wife's backside which not only feels good (if awake, my wife enjoys it also), but keeps it warm and still slightly stretched. Never waste an opportunity to PE.

I also do the same if I pump before going to bed.

I sleep in bed fowfers I have a fragile penis and it need a bit more healing time. (that and I live in an area where the common indoor temp is around 55f) Though for sleeping I release the stretch and just let it warm.

Should be pretty natural to me it feels like the second most natural exercise next to erect kegels.
Sorry there's not a great deal of pictures on it, I had to google image search it. To get a better idea, when I first learned of it.

yeah, I think maybe it's the thighs pulling on the skin... the skin at the base.

It's okay to feel pain in the skin occasionally but not in the penis itself. I've always had absolutely terrible flaccid hang until I started doing fowfers. It's been less than a month and my flaccid hang has improved by about an inch and morning wood is almost daily.

SO are the gains in flaccid really permanent or the result of constantly working it...ie it stays looser?

Constantly seems a little excessive, but flaccid gains really only applies to it's neutral state. Ie:
If I work it too much it turtles.
If I drink too much coffee or smoke too much it shrivels.
If I work out right it hangs low and warm.
If I'm horny it tingles
Your flaccid penis is a great source for determining progress and when to rest. Expanding it makes it easier to tell. It will change from time to time but over most of the time you should notice a fairly constant lower hang. A lot of people I've heard fowfer testimonials from say they have gotten their flaccid to within an inch of their erect. (this is great from stretching and jelqing)
The larger your flacid is the easier it will be to observe changes in it, and focus more on the perfection of jelqing form.

Try using some baby powder on your thighs and sack. Really cuts down on the friction pulling the skin and creating the pain.

DemOne has a really good idea here. No reason to chafe yourself!
